Nkana get interesting Charity Shield draw

Nchanga Rangers will get a chance for an early revenge over Nkana after they were drawn together in the semifinals of the 2014 Samuel ‘Zoom’ Ndhlovu Charity Shield.

According to the draws made today at Football House in Lusaka, the two sides will clash in a semifinal doubleheader set for Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe on February 1 at 15h00.

Nchanga had a forgettable time against Nkana last season after losing 1-0 in Chingola before they were thumped 4-1 in Kitwe.

And in the lunchtime semifinal game, Zesco United will face Red Arrows.

The winners will meet in the final on February 22 at a venue to be announced.

Nkana, Zesco, Nchanga and Arrows qualified for this year’s Charity Shield after finishing first, second, third and fourth respectively in the 2013 season.
