Government says the ongoing political propaganda by opposition political parties, de-campaigning government as having failed to deliver its promises to the people of Zambia are unfounded.
Youth and Sports Minister, Chishimba Kambwili, says propaganda was harmful to national development and can lead to political instability of a nation.
Speaking in Luashya , Mr Kambwili said the Patriotic Front government has scored tremendous achievements in the over two years it has been in power.
“So be careful when these people come to you to give you political propaganda because that can destroy nations and if you follow it, it can lead to the political instability of our county,” Kambwili advised.
He said as opposed to propaganda, the role of the opposition was to offer checks and balances in complementing government by putting up suggestions on how best government can effectively deliver development to the people.
“What we are seeing now is the opposition trying to shot government down so that they themselves could come in power. If you follow political propaganda, you will end up leading this country in political instability and tribal wars and you will keep changing government every five years” Kambwili charged.
He said the link Zambia 8000 and pave Zambia 2000 km road projects is one area in which government has recorded tremendous progress in infrastructural development.
Mr Kambwili stated that so far, government has managed to build about 1500 of the 8000 km in the link Zambia 8000 road project linking districts and provinces in the country.
He cited the Mongu- Kalabo, Mansa- Luwingu, Ndola-Kitwe courage way and the Mporokosoika – Matumbo as some of the roads that government was currently undertaking.
He said opening up roads was prerequisite to national development and that government has prioritized infrastructural development as a key sector in job creation through investment.
Mr Kambwili said a good road network, coupled with power generation, would boost investor confidence and promote foreign investment even in the remotest parts of the country.
He said as a way of enhancing development and attracting foreign investment, government has also rolled out the construction of schools and hospitals in rural parts of the country to create an enabling environment for foreign investment which will foster the much need development.
The Sports Minister observed that without good roads, schools and hospitals no investors would be willing to set up their business in rural parts of the country despite the area having investment potential.
“Which investor would want to invest in an area where there is no development and he cannot even access basic amenities? Not even our local people would want to work in such a place as their families would have no access to education and medical services. This is why as government we have prioritized these things, not only to lure investment but also to create employment for Zambians” he said.
Mr Kambwili, who is also Roan Member of Parliament, said very soon government’s opposors will have nothing to talk about as most of the development projects that government has undertaking will be completed.
He said it was unrealistic of the opposition to base their criticism on the campaign promise of implementation in 90 days which was only a campaign theme as no sustainable development can be achieved in such a short period.
Mr Kambwili said the 90 days promise was highly misunderstood as it referred to government formulating a working strategy within the stated period to address critical issues such as poverty, unemployment, road network and the formulation of a national constitution.
He said, “It is unreasonable for a normal person to think that government was going to develop and complete all these things in 90 days. What we simply meant was that it was going to be a strategizing period to come up with a roadmap of implementing development which we have done. That did not mean 90 days was the implementing strategy and opposition are basing on that for cheap propaganda”.
Mr Kambwili further stated that national development projects were a major undertaking which required huge sums of money and implementation time and, therefore, government has to plan adequately as they are achieved through the use of tax payers’ money.
Iwe mambala, are you telling us now that all those people who voted for PF on the 90 days promise are unreasonable Anyway I didn’t vote for you, but it must hurt to those who voted for you. We have always known that anybody who voted for PF was unreasonable, but thanks for put it in white and black. Truth be told ALL PF members, including their leaders are unreasonable. Just like at the internal fights. You really don’t need to go far.
He is simply saying it is unreasonable for anyone to expect things to be completed within 90 days. You will agree that some things don’t happen overnight, not even in Utopia. In any event, the policies and projects that are are adopted by the current government may only come to be appreciated over decades.
People shouldn´t be too “hyped-up” by promises from politicians because they usually fail to catch up. They need to change the mindset of expecting everything to be done by the government and start asking themselves how they can be part of the solution to the many problems that they face. It is called “progressive citizenship”.
Kambwili what you are actually saying is that its unreasonable for a normal person to swearliy promise the nation that he do all things in 90 days,,, so go and tell that not normal person
@Nine chale
the president promised Zambia, that the constitution was going to done completed in 90 days from his first day in office… not in your decades, what do say to that??
I can understand if he came and said sorry, its human to make mistakes and misjudge tasks,,, not giving people s.tupid explanations
Kambwele is a shallow minded guy. And he has the audacity to insult people’s intelligences with this 90 days crap over and over again. Some of us intelligent enough knew the 90 days crap was way more than far-fetched but you took people’s desperation for granted.Stop justifying it and endure the propaganda,you started it yourselves.
What hates most is this is their third year. We not saying 90 days, but three blood F u c king years Crokorach.
Unreasonable!!!!!! taken for a ride
The beached whale has more bad cholesterol than brains
Chale is back, but where is Saulosi?
Where is Saulosi and where Kilistina Sata?
Chipuba ichi. Why promise things you can’t do? The more he tries to explain this, the more stu.pid he looks. Ichipuba cha ku Mpatamatu.
Zambians believed it. That’s the depth of their brains!
SO WHO IS 100% NOT NORMAL HERE.THE ONE WHO GOES ROUND SAYING ME A MAN OF ACTION WIL COMPLETE THIS AND THAT WITHIN 90 DAYS.& THE ONE WHO LISTENED QUITE NO WORD
Kambwili, trying to do some damage limitations hey? Its too late now bwana, because people have realised what a bunch of thieves you PF are. You have made their lives miserable in all sectors of the economy still continue to lie.
Its not only failing to fulfil the promises most well meaning Zambians are worried about,its also such things as selective justice, break down of rule of law, rampant corruption, unsolved brutal murders perpetrated by top PF minions, high cost of living, decreasing living standards ,decreasing education standards , decreasing health care standards poor food security management, poor economic policies, relentless lying,and excessive borrowing.
Zambia has been auctioned by PF. Come 2016 we need to get Zambia back ladies and gentlemen.
UPND our only…
@ Wanzelu
yes we want our Zambia back but certainly not with a party that cannot unite the country. a party that is headed by a devious, cunning, selfish, divisive, tribalist, scheming, egotistical leader.
if you want people to be with you, reform, become national by embracing others not just for political expediency but accept them as brothers and sisters.
To start with, I propose the cut off the rotten and stinking head
Has first lady come home.
THOSE WHO VOTED FOR PF UNDERSTOOD THE 90 DAYS STRATEGY THAN YOU MR BLOGGER. ITS A PITY THAT IT’S ACTUALLY THE SO CALLED EDUCATED ZAMBIANS AND MOSTLY LIVING IN HIGHLY DEVELOPED COUNTRIES WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND EVEN SIMPLE THINGS. VILLAGERS IN ZAMBIA UNDERSTAND ISSUES THAN THEM. YOUR HEAD IS FACKED UP IF YOU DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE 90 DAYS PLANNING STRATEGY. IN FACT THERE ARE ONE OR TWO THINGS WHICH WERE IMPLEMENTED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PF BEING IN OFFICE. VIVA PF.
Kambwili don’t think for one moment that you will sway us from demanding the constitution. Forget Sata’s 90 days madness and encourage Sata to deliver the people driven constitution as it has already been completed and a lot money has been spent on it.
WE NEED THE CONSTITUTION NOW OR ELSE??????????????
WE LOSING OUR PATIENCE AT LIGHTENING SPEED!
To much pressure is building up within us. One day it will explode in your faces.
but sure how can general kanene release a mocking songs while his diflement case is stil fresh.the boy has just released a song entitled-“cells were built for people”.i think this guy lacks proper advisers.he can do better now by playing a low profile life and perhaps show remorse.
Though out of topic lately your reasoning is delighting my brother, this kanene after commenting the offence he sang ati kansapato kamwana, it’s seriously annoyed the affected family hence his imprisonment..he should have shown remorse especially that celebraties have a following they should lead by example.
Cwale Ki mang ya na mibulelezi kuli mu pume batu? Buhata bumaswe!
Ndate at least use Nyanja for wider participation..I can equally blog in kaonde to black you out.dont be difficult for nothing,it Called politics not lies.
@Chinyama
Kindly blog in any Zambian language, ni kautwa seo utasibulela kaufela.
@Chinyama. Nyanja is not my mother tongue. Not everyone speaks nor writes your Nyanja. If I don’t blog in my mother tongue who will? I thought your PF government was in the forefront of promoting the use of mother tongues or is it some particular mother tongue they are promoting? My dear, Lozi is one of the 7 semi official local languages and you are not going to stop me from using it. It is typical isn’t it? Every time someone writes something in Lozi out comes the usual whingers! Why are some of you threatened by puo ya Sikololo?
@child of the sky & Goncalves,,lets try to keep it simple, my point was wider participation not all can understand your Lozi or my kaonde,again you miss the point on Govt’s introduction of local languages in schools,it’s for you to learn to write properly your local language and use it at your local church and bridal meetings, when blogging you are communicating to brothers of different tribes its only polite to use English or Nyanja if you have challenges with spellings.its a positive by the PF.
@ Chinyama , Wena I cannot write in your Nyanja! Hauna mazebe kapa usitimbi fela? Nyanja ? Haiba ubata ku bulela siNyanja sao , please proceed!
I agree with you mate! Only a mentally challenged person would believe in 90 day magic wand development for the country. You pulled wool over a lot of our illiterate electorate and scooped the lot. No more tricks in the bag buddy. See you in 2016!
Oh yes you have hammered a nail on its head, these bafoons will only cheat and deceive the illiterate nincompoops
Aren’t you in the majority?
The hippo is just making noise. Nothing you say will change our minds from voting u out!
Is he saying Sata is NOT normal?
Exactly.
If those who trusted and hoped that the 90 day formula would somehow work were unreasonable, what can we say about those who made the 90-day promise?
They are political imbeciles with no clue of governing
Where is OUR DRAFT CONSTITUTION we chipuba? Please wash that dirty khaki shirt ifiko fyachilamo.
Chapwa twawina.
Sir we know you very well now. Come 2016 we shall see
you f.u.c.k.i.n.g piece of s.h.i.t do you think you will not go to chimbokaila?? we shall me sure you rot in that prison along with m’membe,nchito,kabimba,ukwa,GBM,Lungu,Libongani, Mary Tembo,Mahtani,John Sangwa,Simeza Robert,Max Nkole,chikwanda,Matibini,
Keep dreaming!
Nah, sorry Chinyama laddy, we aim on hunting all these twats down. Can you even picture your rallies (PF) mu 2016. What the heck are you going to say? Seeing Sata won’t even stand coz in his deluded mind he thinks Kabimba is a very loved chap by the zambians. The exclamation mark after your statement tells me you are scared.
We will surely look them up.
@dudelove what makes you sure that my president will feature Kabwamba for presidency it’s clear you were not around when Chiluba shocked everyone by waking up mwanawasa from sleep.A similar thing will happen put on your seat my brother you have a long rough way ahead of you.
So why did you make the friggin promise in the first place???
It because they are unreasonable. Mr Kambwili has confessed that the ENTIRE PF is UNREASONABLE for lying to the public with PF’s illusions of 90 days.
We’ve all heard it from the horses mouth.
PF has failed everything, even an apology is nonexistence in PF. Kambwili should be ashamed of himself and his pompousness.
When will they ever grow up and be responsible for their own failures and lies? 2016 PF for sure, you being blown OUT of power and NEVER exist again. It will SINK in its entirety with your SLEEPING captain, Mr Sata.
It’s also very unreasonable to have a president who only works 15 minutes per/week.
The first 90 days was completely wasted time and continues to be wasted because the President spends his entire day in bed.
MMD left $2.5m Billion in the Central Reserve Bank. PF as conceded by Chikwanda has K11B (New Currency) IN-DEFICIT, which is almost equivalent to what was reserved by MMD if the estimates are correct. Put this aside, PF has been drawing from the National Reserves without documenting where the money is getting diverted or directed.
Cont…
Just imagine, he pays himself a huge salary and hefty allowances for just malingaling in Stae house.
When nurses demanded for what he promised them, he sacked them and raised his pay 4 times over.
Uyu azachiona ???????????????
We don’t expect PF to fix all the problems or avoid mistakes, because it’s IMPOSSIBLE. Just like there is no one in the opposition that can come and fix the entire quandary at hand. Nevertheless the nation is in a “Dreadlock” & “Gridlock”, now nose diving into ABYSS, due to:
1.Poor Financial Management
2.Unplanned Budgets
3.Unplanned Projects
4.Decoy Government Assignments
5.Shifting Goal Posts
6.Endless & Unnecessary Internal Fights
7.No Time to Think Through or Carry Feasibility Studies
8. Cabinets Meetings – are for comedy & insults and not to discuss Initiatives
9. The First lady has before and now using The Challenger for personal shopping (wasting tax money)
10. Personal Bank accounts in million $ Dollars, opened in Commercial Bank of China – in Shanghai & Hong-Kong
Actually looking at what you have itemised there, no such organised being can manage to bring zed out of the sht. But look, what does one clever being do, stab in darkness, and hey echo will tell you the way. PF doing that, and nothing wrong, hope this agrees with your assert
Mr Kambwili has delivered the PF’s guiltiness, that PF is unreasonable. They are now feeling the avalanche of peoples change. They are laughing stocks for their undemocratic mannerism.
Simply means whoever voted PF is a useful idt
Be careful what you say ,God allowed PF to form Govt..I live in England but i can confidently say, Zambia is becoming the bread Basket of Southern Africa,trust me PF is on the right path.There is a lot of infrastructure development im proud to be a Zambian ,well done PF and may the Lord,God Almighty bless our great nation.
@We are special.
You are special my foot! You are typical wolf in sheep ‘s skin. If can’t see any thing wrong with the way PF is running things in Zambia then go for brain surgery to revitalise your thinking abilities.
We are special, I think we need to get the management of our resources correct first before we can embark on massive expansion projects. This is a very expensive formula….. It;s the same formula that the UNIP government took soon after independence which put us in the mess we are in now. I don’t see the use of building a new clinic, for example, when an old clinic is badly managed. Go to Kabwata Clinic, you will find a Kanthemba in the reception area. There are no drugs. The place smells terribly, and nobody is concerned. The existing roads are not maintained. There is over growth of grass and trees on the road-sides. there are no Pot holes are never fixed on time, garbage is never collected and so on and so forth. Lets get the thinking right first. Invest in creating awareness…
We have too many cadres holding key positions that should be given to qualified professionals.
The nation has no leader but just a facebook portal, managed by a Childish, Immature, Unripe, and Mediocre journalist.
The minister of finance does not believe in what he saying or preaching to the nation, he is practicing Reverse Economics.
THIS IS HELL….
The late Chiluba had the most learned lads yet they did nothing.This time around things are happening,welldone PF
Useless people like ka (HH) Humsula Huwangombe are the ones trying disunite zambians in the hope of reaching state house. PF keep on scoring successes and let the real malingerer cattle clown swim in his own matu vis
Kambwili! who is fool then? Certainly you must be a foolish man, and you have no shame at all. That body swallowed the little brains you had, if at all you had any . Stupid fellow without a neck because you have finished our money.
One would have thought that this man has a big brain, at least going by his stature and body size. 90 days expired long time ago. What has been your government’s rate of delivery to-date? Things appear to still be heading downward, now nearly three years after your government assumed power. Is the brevity of the 90-day period still the excuse?
BUFFOON Kambwili at it again! !
Ya! At least his msg is clear even to the deaf UNDp bloggers.
And what makes you think I subscribe to any political party?
Mr Kambwili, when you said 90 days, were you speaking to professors or kabovas? You said 90 days period! and that is what everybody heard! So you expected the kabovas to interpret it to mean 5 years term in office? Boza has caught up with you and you should just admit that you lied your way into power! This will haunt you for the rest of your term in office. No matter how much you explain the 90 days, it will never sink into the majority of Zambians!
so now you admit that your coming into power was backed by lies ba kambwili tee?
Why did your boss honestly use the 90 days strategy then. Tukamona ubufi mukabomfya unomuku. everyone knows you now.
Bakaamba, muleke ukulya steak before speech. People need your brains more than your tummy
Thats why you need INDECO/IDC managed and controlled by you through your government. You can challenge your government any day or night you feel like. Kaunda controlled all matters on his own. KCM would never invest in value addition in copper mining. What Zed need is if possible and I believe is, to produce and process all copper products for those that want it. you feel me
Vote for me for 2016 Zambian President ,and I will deliver all the promises in 45 days.
VOTE FOR ME 2016!
Everything will happen “WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT” !!!!
Politics are about numbers and big numbers are created by innovation and targeting majority groups not holding boring badly attended rallies that don’t bring up anything new to excite the voters,up to now the university of Ghana school of political science teaches the success of the don’t kubeba,now that’s the kind of innovation that sweeps the voters off their feet,while you opposition hold you mouths with your same old strategies of regionalization in 2016..sendameni mwane.
Uuumh…..Hon. Minister. You are being unfair. How do you start blaming us for believing you? In any case, some of the 90 days promises were achievable if only PF had the political will. The completion of the constitution process is an example. Most of the work had already been done. Had you campaigned, for example, that Zambia did not need a new constitution as there was already one you could have lost votes of those who wanted a new constitution while you could have got votes from those who felt there was no need for a new constitution. So, please Minister, do not blame us for believing what you were saying during the campaign. I do not believe that politics are all about tricks. No.
Kambwilli, ugly fat Ukwa’s replica, shut up. You could not form your strategic whatever you call it before elections, you needed 90 days sitting in seat of power to form that? What a shameless liar. For every dollar your Master in Plot 1 is borrowing majority of that is going is his pocket, willie nsanda’ pocket, mulenga sata’s pocket, your pocket, PF cadres pocket, roads are getting peanuts and contractors not paid for their work, retirees without pension, suppliers without payment. Sata has indebted Zambia to the smallest shopkeeper. GRZ owes money to corner shop, pawn shop, beer shop, food suppliers and burial houses
This buffooneering “gorilla” should be the first to be shot in the head when this stinking government of the Bembas for the Bembas and only the Bembas comes down tumbling to earth. I revile this ape, it’s not only uncouth but vile and highly menacing to society, much more than Godfrey Miyanda ever was.
“It is unreasonable for a normal person to think that government was going to develop and complete all these things in 90 days”
So what you are saying is that SATA is unreasonable and not a normal person – He was the one that promised this! Yes, I agree, he is mentally deficient.
Ba DISASTER MP of a disaster government, we are not stupid. We can see your LIES!
Your day in court is coming!
Is there any else left to say? You know the spade dear.
Chibwili, even in politics there is morality. 90 days promise sunk so well with illiterates and semi illiterates in the civil services. Even the Post made everyone believe Sata was the Messiah we have been waiting for. Now please do not insult the collective intelligence of Zambia – Galu iwe!
????????????.
To summarize it, Hon. Kambwili is stating that only NON-NORMAL people have believed in fake promises and voted for current administration.
Thank you Hon. Kambwili for clarifying mental state of your supporters.
By the way, where is “Luapula Premier”? Traying to decide if he is normal or not?
It beats my heart that today someone would be called unreasonable for thinking that the Economy would change in 90 days.This minister without shame…who crafted the 90 days slogan? be real minister,even during swearing in,the president mention 90 days,are u saying he was unreasonable? remember Chanda lll in one of his episodes.. it was entitled His Mouth,His Greatest Enemy. Bwana minister,let not your mouth be your greatest enemy…save the party from making unreasonable promises..work and work..forget about the opposition. results will silence them,is this a ministers qualities we deserve as Zambia?moral talk the walk not vice versa.
It is now clear that the larger proportion of the population is unreasonable, because they indeed believed in funnels in their pockets where money would be poured; they believed that a constitution would be pummeled into place; they also believed that mealie-meal and fuel prices would come down – all short of 90 days! Unga caye iyo!!
Can’t wait for 2017 when all these buzzards will be ducking, diving, blaming and pointing fingers as they stand trial.
I’m keeping a log of all their pronouncements and recording as much as I can from various media.
Revenge is a dish best served ICE COLD.
more pop corns please. lolest
Pukuchwe munyelela siliba.
Mr ka-hoe, newsflash man!
You are speaking to the most conservative, pragmatic, logic following group of people in the country (Eastern province). These are farmers, not traders nor miners. They plant stuff, watch it grow and harvest. They don’t dig stuff up that they didn’t put there. They look for fruits and facts not “pie in the sky”. If you come to us with bull we will take your money, in our hearts say “voetsek” and vote with OUR minds. Expect another 6-1 nigger!
Zambia has massive natural resources that need serious tapping. The plunging of the economy is as a result of having headless leaders whose focus is to increase number of MPs in parliament instead of focusing on programs that will boost the economy.
So much resources have been channeled towards fighting the perceived enemies of Govt thereby putting non to improve the livelihood of the people.
Mr. Kambwili Sir changing the goal post no matter how many times will just worsen the situation, reality has dawned and we should use it positively to correct the current Zambian economy. Learn to read the trends of economies around Africa and see how bad Zambia as country is fairing.
Did HH expect us to believe him when in 2009, he admonished his tribesmen that
“we people from North Western Rhodesia should unite. If we give power to these Bembas, we’ll never get it back?” Was Levy a Bemba?
WELL SURELY
IT’S UNREASONABLE FOR A NORMAL PERSON TO THINK PF GOVT WAS GOING TO COMPLETE ALL THE PROJECTS IN 90 DAYS
AS IT IS
FOR A NORMAL PERSON EXCEPT HH TO BELIEVE THAT THE WORLD IS GOING TO END TOMORROW
BUT
IT’S THE HOPE AND BELIEF IN PROMISES THAT KEEP OUR FAITH BURNING, BECAUSE ALONG THE WAY BIG PROJECTS SUCH AS NEW AIRPORTS, DUAL CARRIAGE WAYS, UNIVERSITIES, ROADS, ETC ARE BEING BUILT AND IMPLEMENTED ONE AT A TIME, SLOWLY BUT SURELY..
@LUAPULA PREMIER….where does HH come into the contentious statement by Hon Kambwili that PF lied to the people of Zambia, including me who voted for Sata and Miles Sampa? Your blogs are too familiar in your disdain for HH and opposition parties. I noticed that you did not blog when the Catholics released their pastoral letter on the deception of PF on the constitution amoungst other issues. You and Membe and the tandem of lairs think all Zambians cannot distinquish your duplicity and lies for the red herrings you cast. You are wrong…..PF and Sata got into State House fraudulently. That is the cry of many and you had better come clean on this mother of all lies or is it step father……?
Luapoula Premier, one of those “reasonable” retards who believes that pigs can fly has spoken!
Name ONE project which was initiated and completed by your DECEIVING masters?
By the way, what happen to the new PF Airline?
Also that was only a “gimmick” intended to diver attention from multiple failures?
LUAPULA PREMIER to hell with your stupidity. Since when did Luapula people become bembas? You should be proud of your languages. Because of your inferiority attitude you have let your native languages to extinct and adopted bemba, what a shame!
Chimbwili You are 100% correct It would be a miracle but remember you PF deliberately emotionally blackmailed and betrayed the electorate for which you willl pay a huge price come 2016
Asibonane
Well Kambwili some of us still do not expect you idi0ts to do anything even in 100 years because you do not even know what you are supposed to and have no priorities hence your rotten head was busy promising people to see development in 90 days. M******mwe bakambwili for even having the balls to try to clarify your idiocy!
“We are keeping a careful eye on KCM. It seems a lot of money was taken out and the firm now has a lot of liabilities which are in excess of US$1 billion. They have not paid loans to banks, they are owing a lot of money to companies. So there a lot of all these strange things happening,” Vice-President Scott said.
He said KCM was hiding a lot of information from the government something he described as sad.
“It seems they are heading into the direction of receivership. It is a matter that concerns billions of dollars that we stand to lose. The owner of Vedanta is buying his own shares at the moment,” he said.
@Simbwelo
PLEASE ASK HH WHERE **INDIA** CAME IN, IN THE PRESIDENT’S RECENT ITERNERARY TO ENGLAND!
FOR ME, I HAVE JOINED CADDRES WHO BLOG ANYHOW TO HIGHLIGHT THEIR FRUSTRATIONS WITH THIS GOVERNMENT.
I & MY BETONGA KIDS WILL ALWAYS FEEL INSULTED UNLESS HH COMES OUT TO RETRACT.
@LUAPULA PREMIER
Is frustration the raison d’être to stock toxic tribal blogging and deflect your would be victims of malice aforethought deception from the perhaps the greatest political fraud of southern africa equal to that of Idi Amin and Mobutu Seseseko? Please check similarities and demagoguery of these late two dictators to what is currently in State House.
A few thousand indegenous black Zambians are well to do and real millionaires and woud care less who occupies State House as long as he respects the rule of law and freedoms (speech, assembly, property, life, etc). I happen to be in this bracket. I thus blog not for the belly but that fraudulent people like Sata and Kambwili are NOT given an opportunity to contaminate further our land with vernomous lying.
Forget HH. Where is Challenger and first lady?
Another point ba Luapula Premier……who ever thought we would ever talk of HH after the 2011 Presidential elections? As for me, I was sold out to ba Sata and PF. I honestly believed in the promised people driven constitution, rule according to the 10 commandments, development of the country…. I would like to believe that the sheer joy and gratitude I had for the PF victory and the reverence I held ba Sata was shared even by other non Bemba aligned tribes. Then as I saw Sata veer from the PF manifesto and what he promised, I saw HH make a welcome re-enrtry on the political scene. HH this time round is a creation of ba Sata and the grand deception and failure of the PF government.
If PF fulfills its promises, HH will not be worth talking of.
Just watch by June 2016 they will be a major exodus of Pf members to joining other Political parties this is expected bcoz some will have to run away just to avoid being pursued by law enforcement officers and stand trial when Pf looses.
@ 1.3 Nine Chule
It’s shocking that people can even begin to defend PF govt pathetic performance in default. Remember this, PF govt had no manifesto when they came into power. They simply scraped, cut and paste MMD manifesto. Evidence: Almost all projects which Kambwili and others are citing were crafted by MMD except the creation of districts (read MMD manifesto). KK International air port (land already cleared) was politically discontinued for fear of witnessing an MMD successful project by a sitting govt. KKI airport by now would have been a model of air ports in Southern Africa. Remember, Guy Scott is on record that PF govt did not have a manifesto. In any case a reasonable govt would have just continued some national projects from a previous govt. PF govt came with deception…….
LT have become are in partisanship with PF govt. Critical comments concerning PF governance are censored out. We will continue to point deceptive and incompetence of govt and taking Zambians for granted. I challenge LT to publish what was posted just before this comment.
SHOULD ZAMBIANS TAKE POLITICIANS LIKE HH AT THEIR WORD WHEN FOR EXAMPLE HH SAYS,
“We people from north western Rhodesia should unite. If we give power to these Bembas, we’ll never get it back?”. Do you reckon my Betonga kids will for forgive him?
Date : 2009.
Place: Lusaka
Occasion : HH on a membership recruitment campaign trail at a house of a newspaper reporter.
WHAT DID HE MEAN? DID HE INCLUDE MY BETONGA KIDS? NO WAYS…
pa n.y.o pako
@ Luapula
The more you issue negative statements against HH, the more we enjoy the amount of pressure he is mounting on Sata and his PF as whole. HH, the man’s truth against Sata’ devious ways of running the country are like “hot chili ,Scotch Bonnet” you can just swallow it.
LUAPULA PREMIER to hell with your stupidity. Since when did Luapula people become bembas? You should be proud of your languages. Because of your inferiority attitude you have let your native languages to extinct and adopted bemba, what a shame
…….INCLUDE MY BETONGA KIDS?
Please help me, is BETONGA a place or what?
What Kabwilili is saying in other words is that the people who made these promises to be fulfilled in 90 days are not normal to be government but Chinama Mental Hospital ?This Kambwili doesn’t know what he is talking about many times he opened his mouth. His statement is an insult to the people of Zambia who voted him in on fat and big lies
This govt has failed and should go immediately so that Zambians do not suffer further
In short Kambwili is saying that him, Sata, PF and the people that voted for them are not normal. In other words he is saying that in 2016, normal people should vote wisely, not they way they voted in 2011. Well done Kakasu for de-campaigning PF.
But KASHIMBA CHIMBWILI ZOONA………..Fat For nothing thing…
Should people pay attention to your party’s campaign rhetoric in 2016 or trash them out rightly for pure lies? Or do you promise not to make any more empty promises?
@Wanzelu
FACT
COME 2016, HH WILL HAVE NOTHING TO RIDE ON EXCEPT ON THE PRESIDENT’S IMAGINARY INDIA TRIPS, BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT THIS GOVERNMENT HAS BROUGHT SO MUCH INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT TO THE COUNTRY, THAN ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT AFTER UNIP AND THAT IS WHY HH ONLY TALKS ABOUT OUTDATED NON-POLITICAL ISSUES.
@Luapula
Are you the kind of a father who wants your children and your wife to praise you and ulululate when you bring chicken and meat home? What ever infrastructure you continue to bore us with is a normal government project. Every government ,is expected to do just that.
What is strange under Sata however is that he using these projects as a conduit through which to steal vast amount of borrowed money via RDA and other quangos.
Gadaffi and Sadam did these things far better than Sata will ever achieve. Where are they today? ……………………………………………….may be hell if there is one.
NO ONE FORCED THE PRESIDENT TO PROMISE THE NATION TO BRING DEVELOPMENT IN 90 DAYS, NONE OF ALL THE PF MINISTERS OBJECTED THEN, WHY OBJECT NOW? LEARN TO TELL THE TRUTH, SINCE HE MADE THE PROMISE VOLUNTARILY, NOW THAT IT IS EVIDENT THAT HE FAILED TO MEET THE DEADLINE, ALL HE NEEDS TO DO IS GO BACK TO THE PEOPLE AND TELL THE TRUTH, THAT HE FAILED TO MEET THE DEADLINE AM SURE THEY PEOPLE WILL RESPECT THAT
Sorry Kambwili, all those projects you are talking about are a given responsibility of any govt. They are default projects. What we were looking for when we booted out RB was a govt that will do more than those ordinary things a govt must do for its people. We were complaining about:
1. Lack of a people driven constitution which will ensure good governance and effective and efficient development;
2. Corruption which was so much under MMD and now which has risem to unimaginable proportions under PF;
3. Abuse of authority and power which has taken a whole new gigantic magnitude under PF;
4. Lack of media freedom which has also worsened under PF;
5. Lack of good leadership which has reduced to zero under PF;
Etc.
Failure to provide these will mean you are gone come 2016. Zambian
You are not doing us a favour by all those projects as you would want us to feel. By the way the PF has created even one of the worst practices of seating govts I.e. tribalism which has now to be gotten rid of by a serious government which is all inclusive (dont talk about Wynter, Shamenda, foreign affairs minister, obvious Mwaliteta and a few who are just toilet paper to be discarded anytime you feel like).
Chinyama U bwense bobu isinyehezi feela. A factory defect.
Me i don’t take seriously any utterances that comes out of this monster.He has vandalised our shaft headgear and sold it has scrap.Bwana mulilepo limo its gud that u are not even standing.Go to chingola where they can spare u.I regret for havng added a 2kg to yo weight through my vote,but days r numbered.
Kambwili has just insulted Sata, Isn’t his boss Sata who coined the 90 days madness?!!!
If you try to reason with feeble minds you risk being put in the same category. PF have inflicted damage that will take a long time to repair. Zambia should concentrate on strategy to remove these thieves out of office. We have seen enough.
So either you people that voted PF are abnormal or you are not people. So a you’re stupid fools or you’re not regarded as humans
Thanks Bwana Minister for the clarification
styopeti kolwe..why didn’t you tell the people the truth..?get lost you have failed..
