Zambia Under 20 have made great progress in their hopes of advancing to the final round of the 2015 Africa Youth Championship qualifiers after beating Mozambique today in Maputo.
Zambia beat Mozambique 2-0 to take an important away win on the road to Senegal.
Goals from Peter Ngoma in the 23rd minute and another from captain Lubambo Musonda secured Zambia’s away win.
Zambia will host Mozambique on May 24 in the two sides second round, final leg qualifier in Lusaka with the winner going on to meet either DR Congo or Malawi in the final round decider this August.
