    • Brave Coward MPs. Why not drive to the zoo and find out for yourselves. You do have access but instead behaving like political pr0stitutes. The big question is ‘WHY’?

  1. This question is for Mr Scott. Who exactly is the boss at State House from who you are seeking permission for the MP’s to meet Sata?
As far as the constitution goes, you sir, are the most senior person in Zambia after Sata and you’re are the one who’s supposed to be issuing orders.
I read elsewhere on this blog that you have now realized you can act as President – something we have always known – are you now abrogating your leadership duties by asking for permission from your subordinates?
Please Mr Scott, we are not stup!d! Just admit to Zambians that the President is no longer able to function as President and we might just pray for him.

  3. A partially incapacitated or bed-ridden Head of State is still functional and constitutionally a valid Head of State; that is in the absence of a designation of the degree of medical fitness that an incumbent President should enlist.
Therefore, even if HE President Sata is barely murmuring commands, he is still in a position to give instructions, as long as he is in a sound state of mind.

  4. How can they trust Amcor Security to “beef up” security, when they can even pay their guards or suppliers
