Mighty Mufulira Wanderers coach Manfred Chabinga says there is future in his team.
Wanderers made their debut appearance in the Barclays Cup on Saturday as they lost to Zesco United 2-0 to bow out of the competition at the quaterfinal stage.
“I am not disappointed most of my players are still young and learning. There is a future in the team,” Chabinga said.
Wanderers are now switching their focus to promotion fight in Division One North.
“Our chances of going back to the premier are 95% percent,” Chabinga said.
Meanwhile, Mighty are fourth on the Division One North table with 44 points from 25 matches and have one unplayed home match against Chindwin Sentries.
The Shinde outfit can join leaders Forest Rangers at the top who have 47 points if they beat Chindwin.
