PRESIDENT Michael Sata will tomorrow officially open the Fourth Session of the 11th National Assembly which adjourned sine die on July 23, 2014.
President Sata will use his ceremonial official opening speech to set out Government’s policy priorities for the coming year.
This is according to a statement from parliamentary media liaison officer Mathew Mukelabai, MPs will thereafter be accorded the opportunity to debate the policy statements contained in the President’s speech.
The opening of parliament activities will commence at 08:30 in the morning

I always wonder what goes on the minds of the majority of Zambians. This man (Sata) has lied his way into the highest office while in bed with M’membe. Uses State house as an “Intensive Care Unit”, Not only does he steal money from you, but he distributes it in his immediate and extended family tree, yet some “tins” say “we love you sir”. Others will be jubilant at his opening as if that proves he has been well and working. Others will vilify good and sound advice from the opposition (HH has done so and the empty tins have made the loudest noises). I am interested in seeing Sata’s speech last year to see what was promised and what they have achieved?
