Those involved in the infighting in PF are not true members of the party-Ms Wina

Patriotic Front Chairperson Inonge Wina has warned PF members against engaging in violence and acts aimed at destabilizing the party.

Ms. Wina says the Patriotic Front is a disciplined party which will not tolerate any indiscipline by its members, adding that anyone involved in violence or acts aimed at destabilizing the party is not a true member of the ruling party.

She says people involved in the infighting or in any forms of violence are not true members of the party but have their own hidden agendas which they want to achieve.

Ms. Wina however says this is unacceptable and will not be condoned.

She has advised aggrieved party members to follow the right channel instead of ending up fighting in front of senior party leaders.

Mr Wina says the fracas witnessed in Livingstone by party Secretary General Edgar Lungu, Southern Province Minister Daniel Munkombwe and Livingstone Member of parliament Lawrence Evans paints a bad and wrong picture of the party, when in fact the party is united as ever.

  1. Mama Wina, PF is not a disiplined party at all; stop denying the people you have used to threaten and cast fears in the hearts of Zambians with pangas, they have killed each other and never in the history of Zambia have youths been used like in your party to strike fear, you yourselves gave them power now tame them.

  2. Are these people normal? How can a woman live in denial like this old witch. These are the Sangomas that have bewitched this fagott Satan.
Some of these people are better dead.

  3. As Gender Minister, you should stand up to President Sata’s failure to reshuffle his party to bring stability, and safety for women MP’s.

Honourable Wina, should be besides herself after a fellow woman was beaten up by PF thugs during a meet.

Ms Wina, you know the damage this is doing to the party. Remove these thugs!

  4. Madam Chairperson of PF; replay this tape of what you just said and try and believe it; you won’t! Recall all the violence in this country were machetes are drawn and find out who draws the pangas and who starts the fights. You will find the name PF at the centre. Clash of same party cadres in all stories involves PF. Need I go on? Those cadres that fought in front of the new SG of the party were invited to the meeting as PF members. They fought trying to impress and demonstrate their levels of loyalty to the new SG. They are your members. The best you can do is discipline them at each turn when they digress from your party norms. Denial won’t help your cause.

  5. I would agree that those involved in the fighting in Livingstone are not true members of their party. True PF members would have used pangas.

    • kekekekeke they are so well known, they have just not received their armouray of pangas yet.
