    • There’s is absolutely nothing wrong with “Big screen TV” as describe above by LT. You are just looking for a needle in a haystack. of course you might find a splinter instead.

    • Telling lies against other people will not help you to stop someone whom God has appointed to Lead Zambia. The whole story about Edgar Lungu is fake. When Edgar left school he went straight to UNZA for his law degree. From UNZA he joined Ministry of Legal Affars(now Ministry of justice) in the dept of Legal Aid.You can ask Winter Kabimba , Prof Haasungule or Joe Chilaizya as some of the former school mates at UNZA.For his stint in the cadet training was an in-service training after working at Ministry of Legal affairs. He was not discharge because of the brown bottle-awe bane ubo bufi fititi. You ask the guy he was with during training as a cadet at Miltez in Kabwe;- You can ask the current Deputy Commander of Zambia Army.As for GBM the mother is Ndebele from Zimbabwe and does not qualify///

    • LT sometimes can be useless. where is the big Screen to see what has been mounted?? what kind of Journalism / report is this??

    • @Pathako Pinu… “whom God has appointed to Lead Zambia.” Are you sure about that? Did God tell you so? I cannot stand some of you naive folks. Did God appoint FTJ aswell, did He appoint Sata? If God is the one appointing these corrupt leaders, what kind of God is He? There is no need to get super-spiritual and attribute every single occurrence to God. Let me put it this way, those presidents were appointed by people who voted based on exaggerated manifestos, and in some instances, they were appointed by rigging of elections. Please refrain from your super-spiritual state of mind and think logically. LOGIC please!!

  1. ba Laso, same difference. Remember this is Zambia not Scotland. Anyway this article neglected to mention how those big TVs will be bolted down securely. Perhaps they will be an armed guard at each big TV. Otherwise the big TVs will disappear into the compounds.

    • Hahaha iwe Nyau, where will they be fixed mu ma compund without being seen? Anyway mwandi kabolala doesnt think till after he has stolen….
Same difference? Well, I think you are right mwana. Fi ma TV fyonse after all…..

  2. No Laso is very right. A television set and a monitor or a screen are different things. Communication needs to be precise. Its because of this lack of precision in us that we end up with garbage on the streets of our capital. If everybody would aim for perfection in what they do things in Africa would start moving. Laso in all fields of life dont give in to negativity

  3. And what about us in the diaspora…? Please give us a link to follow the proceedings in real-time online.

  4. Our superior friends are strange, electronic billboards are allover our compounds, go unguarded and they think the big screens will be stolen by the primitive us! get real as you enjoy life in the diaspora. The locals suffered for those facilities you are enjoying and no matter how long you stay there, you and your children will forever be refered to as aliens!!!!!!!Lets just mourn our President in dignity without belittling our friends
