Chipolopolo left for South Africa on Friday afternoon ahead of their final 2015 Africa Cup preparations in Johannesburg.

  2. “Zambia will be at their usual Milpark training base for two weeks before heading to Equatorial Guinea for…”

So why exactly do we build state of the art facilities if not to save pennies and make use of home ground for prep. Maybe it’s just me but I see wastage… Good luck regardless of my disappointment…

    • This is a fallacy. There is a difference between infrastructure and utility thereof. You can have all the infrastructure in the world such as universities, stadia, clinics etc being built left, right and centre which end up just being white elephants. The late president was so devious in that he knew that the majority of zambians have no time or are too lazy to analyse issues beyond immediate gratification,,,,, so just tell them ” I am building a state of the art university in some remote unserviced area” like Chinsali and everyone goes gaga. Really? you need at least 3 professors in addition to senior lecturers per department and many of these are young professional with kindergarten to primary school aged kids. I doubt if they can find above facilities which would be to their liking in

    • a place like Chinsali. This not about being snobbish as I am sure most of the bloggers will label me,,,, it’s just a practical aspect of things. Attracting the best academics is not easy; okay you can get one or two missionaries who would not have the above yardsticks but they are not enough

  3. Go Zambia Go!!!!! It will be Zambia 02 DRC 01, Capevde 0 Zambia 01,Tunisia 02 Zambia 01.
