Kalaba toasts Zambia win

Captain Rainford Kalaba says it is a great feeling to see Zambia maintain a winning run.

Zambia beat Malawi 2-0 in a friendly on Sunday to see them pick up their second straight win after the 2015 AFCON following the March 29 home win over Rwanda by the same margin.

“We have done a good thing and we will keep the same spirit as we prepare for Cosafa,” Kalaba said.

“We are maintaining the winning spirit I think it is good for the team and morale.”

Goals from Christopher Munthali in the 23rd minute and Kondwani Mtonga in the 34th minute handed Zambia the win at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka.
