Mighty dim Napsa Stars, Buffaloes trample on poor Nkana

Mighty Mufulira Wanderers picked up their third successive away win while Nkana fell when the two sides shared the same stage on the road at Woodlands Stadium in Lusaka on Saturday.

In the lunchtime kickoff, Mighty beat relegation-threatened Napsa Stars 1-0 thanks to a goal from Moses Nyambe in the 52nd minute.

Nkana, though, were not very fortunate against in-form Green Buffaloes who are unbeaten in their last ten games.

Stephen Kabamba and Sebastian Mwansa scored for Buffaloes in the 44th and 52nd minutes respectively while Jimmy Ndhlovu netted Nkana’s consolation goal in-between after Walter Bwalya had missed a penalty.
