  1. can you explain how a total of $900 million has been spent, because every time you are borrowing the name Lusaka water and sanitation is on the list ? yet we still have cholera.

    • The money these Pathetic Failures- (P.F.), borrowed has been shared amongst these Belly Politicians. Coupled with non qualified Cadres, brothers, girlfriends being appointed to posts they are not qualified for, has led to a meltdown @ the Water & Sewerage board, & as a result a return of the Cholera epidemic.
To be fair to P.F. they’ve had success since coming to power, -BRINGING BACK CHOLERA!!
Disaster Kambwili should now go to the media & boast about this “P.F Cholera Infrastructural Development”

  2. In fact just look at this Stone Throwing Cadre Kamyongo.
Does anyone in their right mind believe this Cowboy who sends his minions to stone a helicopter is ministerial material?
I personally wouldn’t put him in charge of a chicken coop, or horse stable.
THEN WE WONDER WHY ZAMBIA IS FAILING, & IN REVERSE GEAR??

  3. The NEXT will hear IS that MANAGEMENT at LWSC is fired , please we need you to CLEAN LWSC iam erring to HAVE who management REMOVED bankhalisa and they have NO VISION at all

  4. Cholera wis not only a water borne disease but it is also a food-borne and a behavioral disease. The water utility company can provide clean water but its about the after behaviours that really matter – handwashing after using njema, washing food before eating, covering food etc.
