I did not issue directive for teachers to work on Saturday-Mulanga Sata

Newly appointed Lusaka minister Mulenga Sata
Newly appointed Lusaka minister Mulenga Sata

Newly appointed Lusaka Province Minister Mulenga Sata has dismissed a statement attributed to him directing Teachers in the province to report for work on Saturdays for preventive duties.

Mr. Sata says he is still in the process of clearing his old desk and yet to conduct a familiarization tour of his new office.

He says he has not met the provincial education officer citing that much as the elements in the statement might be relevant, the statement did not come from him.

Mr. Sata however notes that the cleanness is a national policy and requires all citizens to be involved and not just teachers.

He has wondered why the statement only targeted teachers when all citizens are required to clean their surroundings.

  1. Riding on the back of your late father but for how long young man. Show the people what you are made of instead of using the late old man. To me you look like a chancer with no principles, Look at our EL has in- breast what your old man stood against and yet you have said nothing. The old man removed the immunity of RB, reversed the sale of Zamtel by Dora, Removed MMD from power etc. and all these things the old man did have been undone and yet you just standing there without doing anything, What a let down of a son you are.

  2. In other press mulenga sata is quoted as saying he wants to run for mayor of lusaka because he was only in the position for 7 months and during that time he had a lot of ideas he wants to looking.
Imagine, 7 months in a position and all he had was ideas.
He done nothing for 7 months as mayor except steal and sell plots.

  3. But UPND guys can hate! Why the bad languange, what has Mulenga done for you to be disparaging him? Leave him alone and if you dont have anything sensible to post better keep queit than showing you stupidity openly on LT.
