Information Minister Dr. Chishimba Kambwili when he addressed a mammoth rally at President’s Park in Kasama today. The Minister is in Northern Province to conduct a series of public rallies to explain government programmes.
Information Minister Dr. Chishimba Kambwili when he addressed a mammoth rally at President’s Park in Kasama today. The Minister is in Northern Province to conduct a series of public rallies to explain government programmes.
Minister of Information and Broadcasting Chishimba Kambwili has urged the people of Kasama to vote for President Edgar Lungu for continued development.
Mr. Kambwili says the construction of various infrastructure such as roads and hospitals in Northern Province is a sign that the head of state cares for the people.
He says government is working on various hydro power stations to end load shedding.
Mr. Kambwili said this when he addressed a rally to drum up support for PF Kasama Central parliamentary candidate Kelvin Sampa.

Mr. Kambwili is also on a tour of Northern Province to drum up support for President Edgar Lungu and other PF candidates.
And Mr. Sampa urged the people to give him support and President Lungu.
He promised to improve the welfare of farmers, women and the youth once elected into office.

It is gratifying to see rallies being held peacefully, this must continue. Our voters have always attended rallies, some because there is little else to break the monotony of the day, some with a hope of getting a tshirt etc. The numbers are usually more for a ruling party who seem to have endless seams of chitenge materials to share. Interesting that most of UPND material is being sold and most of the campaigners are using their own resources to attend rallies and campaign. I recall Mr Sata, realizing that PF could in no way match the Nigerian oil money for ba RB, he simply asked electorate to do a donchi kubeba. History has a way of repeating itself:-)
