Share

Zesco United striker Jackson Mwanza has declared that they are ready for Wednesdays clash away to Wydad Casablanca in Morocco.

Zesco face Wydad at midnight on Wednesday in Rabat in both sides second Group A match in the 2016 CAF Champions League.

“We are very much prepared for the game, the mood is OK in camp and the team is OK,” Mwanza said.

“We cannot be intimidated but we just have to be focused and work very hard.”

Zesco lead Group A on 3 points, tied with Wydad who are second on goal difference following 3-2 home and 1-0 away wins over Al Ahly and ASEC Mimosa respectively on June 18.

Meanwhile, Zesco who arrived in Morocco on Sunday afternoon, were set to hold their first fill training session on a grass pitch on Monday night in Rabat before their last training day on Tuesday at the match venue.

On Sunday, Zesco held a light recovery session on an artificial turf in Rabat just hours after landing in Morocco.
