Kaodi Kaushi: Blackpool can do better

Mufulira Blackpool legend Simon Kaodi Kaushi has told his struggling old club to stop underrating itself as it competes in the 2016 FAZ Super Division.

Promoted Blackpool are currently bottom of the 18-team table with only six points from 20 matches.

Blackpool’s dismal performance has been punctuated by failure to win a match so far in the campaign.

Kaushi said players at Blackpool must develop a strong mentality in order to overcome their poor start to the campaign.

“The problem we (Blackpool) have is that our players have an inferiority complex. They must not fear any team in the league. They shouldn’t get used to losing,” Kaushi said.

Blackpool spent 17 years in Division One before bouncing back to the top-flight league.

Kaushi said Blackpool have the potential to survive relegation.

“We can start winning and if we were to win at least five games we can go up the table. I am very sure we will stay in the Super League,” he said.

Blackpool have scored six goals but have conceded 37.

  1. Everyone knows that Blackpool went into the premier league through corruption. You bought the referee on your last GAME! otherwise you don’t deserve to be in the premier league!
