Fwayo heads to Israel for trials

Power Dynamos forward Fwayo Tembo has been invited for trials at Israeli club Hapoel Ra’anana.

Club secretary Ricky Mamfunda confirmed Ra’anana’s interest in Tembo.
The player missed Power’s 1-0 win at Red Arrows on Sunday.

“Fwayo is headed for trials in Israel at a club called Hapoel Ra’anana,” Mamfunda said.

“They want him on loan. Once he passes the trials we shall give you full details,” he concluded.

Tembo is enjoying good form at Arthur Davies.

He has scored seven goals since joining Power as a free agent earlier in May.

Tembo has played for National Assembly, Tunisia’s Etoile du Sahel, Basel in Switzerland, and FC Astra of Romania.
