Is the gentleman still around? I remember he used to be called the king. Eish its been quite long. I remember other names like Lewis Shambulo, Eric Kulu, Peter Makembo (yes the pastor), Chibaso Nkhandu (the Zairean), Muyembe, Sakala, John Zulu, Kaitano, Frank Mutubila, Lewis Chilopa etc. Club Chairman them was Panji Kaunda. Don’t argue you were not there
Problem with community based teams is that once it gets to Super D. every Jim and Jack wants to run the team. Too much interference from ignorant people.
You are right. Even people with political agendas with want to use it as launch pad.
Yabeba City yamoto. This team made us not care for the supper league then when it was in division one. Last year when I checked the standings, the team was in the bottom 5. It’s like they hit the right button by hiring Davy Musole as coach. Congratulations on your promotion. Please maintain your black and white jerseys. Well done yamato.
