PF has lived up to its promise of taking development to all parts of Zambia-Wina

Vice President Inonge Wina says the connection of Lukulu and Mitete districts in Western Province to the national electricity grid will propel industrial development in the two districts.

And Mrs. Wina says the PF government has lived up to its promise of taking development to all parts of the country.

The Vice President says the provision of electricity will bring opportunities to the two districts and improve the welfare of its citizens.

Mrs. Wina has noted that the people of Lukulu are well known for fish farming and should use the electricity to develop the sector.

She was speaking when she called on Senior Chief Ananganga Imwiko at his palace in Lukulu District.

And Senior Chief Imwiko has commended government for connecting Lukulu and Mitete to the Electricity gird describing the development as historic.

And representing the Barotse Royal Establishment of Namayula, Kuta Clerk Titus Mandanji thanked the PF government for building an ultra-Modern Hospital for the people of Lukulu.

Mr. Mandanji also commended ZESCO management for connecting electricity to houses around the palace at no cost.

The Vice President is in Lukulu to commission the connection of Lukulu and Mitete Districts to National Electricity grid.

  1. Are you serious? With a clueless, incompetent, vodka-addicted, globe trotting “leader” in charge? What is PF drinking or smoking?With debt risen to the sky, nearly $10 billion, 42 low quality firetrucks for $42 million dollars!, and a leader who is totally wasting Zambia’s development years, one either has to be numbskull or out of this world to believe this hogwash.

  2. @ 2 Every time people analyse issues based on their own personal understanding to the exclusion of others` , its not being dishonest to expect sensible argument from them, and the moment one issues statements out of frustrations, you know there will be no fair representation of facts . Those of us who were there before the debt was written off for Highly indebted poor countries (HIPC) we know how the borrowed money was abused and that’s how come lukulu and many other places did not see a hospital, electricity and many other developments. Encourage accountability with genuine sense of reality if know a thing or two , ignoring the current government archievements that have never been there before will not make you a champion of the development, but the exact opposite
