    • If you’re going to print them at govt printers first your must remove that upnd director or retire him.
This is good news because it will reduce costs for hired goons who chase trucks and planes for pre marked ballots.

    • Bana mama Wina mayo twanaka nelyashi lyenu. Even the previous election you made the same pronouncements. Could it be that you were re-reading the same speech which was hollow and empty? I think the veep should go for holiday in mfuwe looks tired.

  1. UNIP always printed ballot papers locally, including those used in the 1991 election in which KK lost to FTJ. Electoral reforms have lately stalled due to a cantankerous opposition. Wherever ballot papers will be printed some people will always complain, they’ve failed to find the formula to win elections

  2. The opposition is likely to oppose this initiative because everything is viwed as aiding the ruling party to victory.
on this one i can bet my 100 dollar bill. Elections will be delayed due to this highly contetious matter. i would urge the govt to begin engaging opposition now to avoid unnecessary delays in the process of implementation.
a mega expenditure is usually poured into printing ballot papers abroad and payment of allowances, but this might save us colossal sums of money if well thought through and implemented.

  3. The madam has already given herself and the govt an out by saying security is an issue. When the time comes govt will do what suits them. Can she name the advisory committee
