
Augustine Mulenga’s Orlando Pirates debut is going to be delayed after the Zambia midfielder suffered an injury.
The 2017 Zambia Footballer of the Year moved to Pirates in January on a three-year deal from Zanaco.
According to South African media reports, Mulenga is out for two weeks due to an injury he sustained during training at his new club.
Pirates’ medical staff disclosed that Mulenga suffered a knee injury as he attempt to shoot the ball in an awkward position.
Mulenga began 2018 on a high after scoring three goals for Zambia at the 2018 CHAN tournament in Morocco where Chipolopolo made a quarterfinal exit in January.
