Wada returns to PSL action with setback

Share

Wedson Nyirenda over the weekend suffered his third South Africa PSL loss in charge of Baroka FC.

Baroka returned to action last Saturday after the FIFA International Match Week with a 1-0 away loss to Chippa United in East London who are just below them at number 13 on 4 points.

Saturday’s defeat came after drawing 1-1 at home to promoted Highlands Park on August 29 to see Baroka rebound from their 2-0 away Polokwane derby loss to Polokwane City on August 18.

Baroka are fourth from bottom in 13th place with 5 points from six games played.

Nyirenda return to action at home this Saturday when they host third placed Orlando Pirates.

That match will see Nyirenda with his Chipolopolo protégés midfielder Augustine Mulenga and striker Justin Shonga for the first time since he took up his first PSL job this season.

  1. He should prepare to be fired JUSTICE SHONGA will damage him more especially that he is a paperweight who falls by WIND as evidenced at HEROES stadium on CAMEROON VS ZAMBIA match

  2. Its gonna get worse for coach Wada. His team’s position on the PSL table is a reflection of it’s strength. I will be surprised if they make the top 10. Wish him the best. Just my opinion.
