ECZ inspects selected voter registration centres in Lusaka

Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) officials and Journalists today toured selected voter registration centres in Lusaka.

The mass voter registration exercise, which has been running from 13th October 2025 is expected to end today, Saturday 29th November, 2025.

The tour was conducted at Lewanika and Pinnacle malls, Kabulonga Boys secondary school as well as Matero Shoprite.

During the tour, some eligible voters were found being attended to in some centres.

On Wednesday, 26th November, ECZ Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis extended the country-wide mass registration of voter exercise for three days.

The media reports that this was the second extension after the first one, which commenced on October 13th, 2025 to November 11th, was extended up to November 26 this year.
