Minister of Home Affairs Stephen Kampyongo says his ministry is enhancing capacity building by making in house training mandatory.

Mr. Kampyongo says acts of criminality in the country have evolved and it is important for officers to acquire up-to-date skills to fight crime.

  1. Security officers in kk days were old fashioned but better than the current crop, those days you would know who worked for OP, these days awe sure.

Every time i check out countries and i see a police man carrying military gun like an AK in public, guarding ATMs or filling stations, i know that country is centuries backwards.

  2. Check out a third world so called president his security detail all pumped up and carry AK 47, it was be cadres allover push him about ,then you look at most powerful presidents in the world, security details slick, lean and mean not even a kaponya cadre would sh*t near him, they are serious business men running the business for their countries.

  3. Acts of criminality in the country have evolved, an admission that when legitimate leaders ruled, criminality subsided, but has evolved under illegitimate and visionless leadership. the question is WHY? There are many answers to just this one question, but one is that, in order to protect illegitimacy, wrong people, cadres have been placed in wrong positions including the security wings and weapons are now on the loose, ignorants are now not only more powerful but also above the law. God knows what else we are to expect when a number of drunken policemen is multiplying each day that comes.

  4. Useless violent minister.the training won’t benefit Zambia because him and their cadres like violence. Kaizer is still being investigated but nothing has been done yet what kaizer did was caught on camera.

  5. Going by an upsurge in police misdemeanor/brutality , the appropriate heading should have read: “Acts of criminality in the POLICE have evolved, officers need to acquire up-to-date skills to fight crime.”

  6. Ifyabupuba! useless incompetent cops who can not investigate simple crimes. Muka tampila kwisa when the country is clearly run by illegitimate vote stealing drunkards and kaponyas who have no clue on governance and corruption and mediocre.
