Copperbelt Permanent Secretary,Bright Nundwe has expressed happiness with Northern Command Military Hospital in Ndola on the way it professionally handles patients.
Mr.Nundwe said management at the military hospital is offering the most outstanding reception to patients, a methodology he said is contributing perfectly well to offering quality health care services to the people.
He observed that rendering a good reception to patients by medical practitioners is good treatment on its own before administering of drugs.
ZANIS reports that the Permanent Secretary said this today when he visited the hospital.
Mr. Nundwe said despite the challenges being faced by the health facility, management is working in a professional way in a bid to offer quality health care services not only to the military personal but also the general public.
And Northern Command Military Hospital Commandant, Bernard Kapatamoyo said that from the time the hospital started operating in 2015, it has helped decongest Ndola Teaching Hospital.
Bri. General Dr. Bernard Kapatamoyo said the high demand for medical services by the general public has made the facility operate daily to cater for the population.
He further stated that the hospital which is currently on phase one is not only offering medical services to the Copperbelt but also North-Western, Luapula and Northern Provinces.
