Zesco United’s league title credentials where enhanced today when they rallied from 1-0 to beat hosts Red Arrows 2-1 at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka.
Zesco trailed 1-0 into the break against Arrows after Simon Lupiya gave the hosts a 5th minute lead.
However, Zesco had other ideas and equalized bin the 56th minute through midfielder Mathews Chikwete.
Clifford Chipalo made sure of the three points three minutes from time to hand Zesco the win.
Zesco are now six points ahead of Zanaco who did not play today on 57 and 51 points respectively.
