  1. The increase in the number of people growing weed should tell the government something about the sate of the country… Simple solution. Legalize this sweet smelling herb….It will become so cheap no one will grow it.

  2. whilst “blow” is still illegal we can only applaud the efforts of the DEC!! Logic(#2), does have a point, about the state of the economy that is !!! fine..lock them up for 18mths when they come out then what??? i bet you they will be back in their fields cultivating for the masses !!problem solved?? i didn’t think so!!

  3. “blow” is cocaine. This is the second time you have called marijuana “blow”.

  4. Wat you’re talking? How you can say that chamba is good, that’s why you are never making progress.

  5. stretch.dj#4,in my time we called it “blow” coz it “blew” your mind and was the strongest “drug” available. Cocaine was unheard of and impossible to obtain during the 80’s.its use and supply was restricted to very few individuals mostly the then rich families of Lusaka and their diplomatic contacts. On the “belt” the closest we got to getting high was on blow!!! Then came Mandrax….another story for another time !!!

  6. ba Mwenye #6 naimwe, scientific research has shown that marijuana is not as harmful as we think it is. Infact, it has proven medicinal properties in limited quantities. All this misinformation is due to politics and bogus “religious fanatics”. Open societies like Netherlands, have legalised it albeit in a regulated manner. Trust me, if alcohol & tobacco r legal, we might as well legalize the “herb”. I don’t smoke weed but this hypocrisy & ignorance has to end! abash ignorance and the dark ages, viva rationale!

  7. God made Grass and Man made Booze, who do you trust?Mr gov´t,mi say weed is the healing of the nation.Which one between weed and boose, the one you make more money from is destroying our society? These tobacco you allow to be sold even shops is killing a lot of people all over the world today. If so let one take what he wanna take

  8. The DEC is only arresting simple villagers yet cocain and other nacotic pills are fullup in luska. Ala.
DEC must be taking bribes. You fool some pipo by showing you are arresting villagers, but you cant fool every one cos cocain and much more is full in luska.

  9. #4. [stretch.dj], blow is weed, so you thought you were smoking coke but it was weed.

  10. #7 pundit. the terminology is old. Move with the times!
#12 shushu. I smoke tobacco and not marijuana because I treasure my mind!

  11. #4. [stretch.dj],
are you sure the tobacco you smoke is not mixed with a something nice. ehhhh.
