    • I had the same question Jay. I have always believed Trains were the “elephants” of auto ground mobiles.

    • A 5okg object moving at 50 km an hour gains five times its weigt when it collides or hits an object that resists its weight. This should give you an idea of why the truch was able to dislodge a recovery locomotive train.

  1. No vision, No signs, corruption is the order of the day. The day of reckoning draweth nigh

  2. LT please ensure your reporters adhere to, at least, the basic primary school education. There is no such time as 24:40 hours, in Zambia or elsewhere in the world! Did the reporter mean 00:40?!!! Also I thought that ZRA refers to Zambia Revenue Authority, or the Zambezi River Authority; but not the Zambia Railways Limited – kindly correct me if I am wrong, just in case things have changes.

  3. Nothing has changed at all, you are very correct, perhaps what has changed is the idiocy that have found sanctuary in the corrupt minds of the so called journalists without prior training in the scribes profession.

  4. Big lie, they’s no railway crossing in kapiri Mposhi where these two mentioned above can collide, The railway line that connects TAZARA & ZRS it passes under the main tar

    • What about the rail line that connects kapiri to Ndola, where does it pass?

  5. …just curious; is there enough signage, warning signals,
    boom gate at that cross-point?

  6. Where was the truck going at that particular hour? Was the ban lifted on trucks moving at night?
