The accused together with Phiri and Sichelwa used Clemus Marketing Company for which he was the owner in an attempt to swindle Government by purporting that he had supplied food stuffs to Zambia Army when he did not.

In a statement made available to ZANIS in Lusaka on Friday, DEC Public Relations Manager John Nyawali said the sentence has however been suspended for one year.

  1. these are the people who want to take over the reigns of power. a bunch of thieves bakabolala pommpwe kazolo impumpu. Imagine mushili and his tandem of thieves in govt. thats why zambians keep saying no to pf

  2. Students of MerzaF Chilufya Sata’s more money in your pocket scandalous formular. Ideal personification of PF’s more money in your pocket.

  3. Am sure Sata didnt know that Mushili has been stealing all along. Not supporting PF but this man is a terrible thief and not fit to be a Government Minister.

  4. This is RB’s doing. When will the judiciary in Zambia be independent. I hope Sata frees this man when he gets into state house next year and pay him compensation.

  5. I said it before that the suppliers and contractors that have been fraudulently paid by the ministries of health, defense, higher education, etc in collusion with people in government ARE private enterprises.
I’m not at all surprised; this man’s slippery. I did some consultancy work for him some years back and never got paid for it. He kept bouncing me from pole to post all over Ndola. In the meantime he’s posing “ze bige”. I personally think the sentence’s too light. Has the money been paid back?

  6. This thug was born a thief. We know his history best. All those buses and riches are all swindling gains.. Mambala, ba kwikata nomba.. 120 hours of community service is nothing.. he must be laughing all the way to those duties.;;);;);;);;);;);;):-j:-j:-j:-j

  7. This is wide spread in all Government Ministries. Reason why u c 2 mny used cars chocking the rds and mushrooming of houses; artificial development taunted as big time economic boom in the eyes of one chikapwasha. Small wonder, donors have stepped on the breaks.
