Max Sichula Hands In Faz Crisis Report

The Max Sichula sub-committee setup to get views on the Faz constitutional crisis following four executive committee resignations today presented its finding to the National Sports Council of Zambia (NSCZ).

However, it was not what the general public was expecting and the occasion at National Sports Development Centre turned from sheer anticipation to anti-climax.

NCSZ chief Chifumu Banda said after receiving the 118 page document from Sichula that the report was still confidential until the board had perused through it.

“As it is now the contents of this report will remain confidential until the same is deliberated upon by the board of the sports council on whose behalf this committee was working,” Banda said.

The sub-committee led by Sichula comprised of NSCZ executive committee members Smart Mwitwa and Elliot Mhende including lawyer Bupe Mwansa.

  1. 118 pages? In Zambia we seen to like ‘large numbers’. Tell me about verbosity or is it just verbal diarrhea. The whole ‘findings’ can be listed on one page.

  2. Max!! You failed to grow Tennis in Zambia. Let alone you can even advise Government on effective sports administration. I am not sure you are even an athlete. BOOOO!

  3. These guys get paid for doing nothing! Zambians still asleep. No wonder foreigners are taking over the country

  4. That is a master’s thesis done within a month. 118 pages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????

  5. There is nothing wrong with 118 pages. Why cry before you see the contents.

Max Sichula is the only administrator who produced real tennis player who even went on to play in America. Please state facts and not imaginations.

  6. #1, you are right … Zambia seems to value quantity over quality. This report is probably stating the obvious or hiding incompetency. Either way, the money spent on this could have been used to address real needs of poor people.

  7. sometimes i wonder why NSCZ exist in when they have nothing 2 do. 4 them its prob after prob so long they are getting allowances even when they know 4 sure that they have not even a single tooth to bite anybody. The fact is even the Minister of Sports & his PS for sports fear Kalusha & thats why their mouths are completely shut. Kalu can do anything even slap them their tails are just down in fear of the boy

  8. Imwe bantu, first verify your info!! The report is only 14 pages, the rest are appendices of evidence, reports & other info that is relevant! Talk of ignorance!! Wait for the report before letting rip!!

  9. G 20 sending players to the states does’nt mean you can administer. Administration involves strong organizations that have the ability to run on there own. Thats what am talking about. If you talk of some of these associations they dont even have $200 in there accounts.
