COMMISSION OF INQUIRY PLEASE.
GUY SCOTT MUST EXPLAIN
So why allow patrol officers carry guns? Why not issue them with batons and radios with which they can summon for help if they see that they are facing a tough situation? Guns are weapons of war, and only used in dire circumstances of war.
Now they say there was a fight at the club, thought they had him for breaking curfew “shishita”.And its time to set some precedence on such acts.
‘The ZP Reserve was trying 2 stop a fight at a nite club.’ Wen stopping a fight, do you shoot while aiming at some1 using live bullets or u fire blanks in the air? This bullet didnt catch the deceased, it wud hv, still killed on of thoz fighting. His NORMAL ROLE was 2 stop a fight not 2 kill any off thoz guyz. Let hm mangiwa cabe as this is pure murder. For the deceased young man’s family, condolences.
I will not allow such lawlessness in my land
