Within 90 days of taking over, the justice system has collapsed with suspected criminals heading the criminal prosecutions office. Retribution and threats to expropriate assets have become the order of the day. Sata’s thinking is too simplistic; he quickly needs to undertake executive courses to appraise himself with the new global order. Sata needed the expertise of MMD technocrats like Mangande, Musokotwane, Mutati and I dare say katele kalumba. These men oversaw Zambia’s transition from a highly indebted position to what it is today.PF can ignore Zambians of goodwill at its peril.

    Medical User fees – still no medicine in the hospitals.
    Mealie meal price – whose maize are you eating? Wait until you exhaust RB’s multiple bumper harvests, ask your girl from chongwe or vp.
    Fight against corruption – are you probing yourself for those Lusaka council tarvens that you sold to yourself for a song? Etc etc etc.

36. Also PF promised us that there would be no ZESCO power cuts once they were in power. Power cuts have intensified in the 90 days. Now PF is talking about Kafue power station, itezitezi which were initiated by MMD. Roads, schools, universities in Kasama etc we continue with what MMD started. Kabimba, don’t sing your own “false” song, we the people will judge you after 12 months, and so far you are yet to initiate to initiate a PF development programme.

If we were to assume that Kabimba was over 40 years by Sept 2011, he could have been old enough to know that his boss Sata was part of Chiluba’s 10 yrs of reign out of 20 yrs of MMD that he is now castigating. PF leaders must learn to issue public statements that are well researched. The ruin that Lusaka City Council is experiencing can be attributed to Kabimba and Masebo as former Town Clerk and principal Counsillor respectively. Kabimba must stop feeding the young generation with lies and half truths. His statements are merely tarnishing the image of the PF Govt which thinks it has just began to lay developmental foundation.
