But cyber laws shouldn’t draw someone into police custody unless perhaps he was fleeing.
Is this a case in which to remand anyone in custody? The State just wants to bully its citizens with such intimidation.
Politicians are expected to talk about political funerals to their electorate. The funeral of ECL is also a political funeral because it involves a former head of state. Consequently, it was drastic to arrest an opposition politician for talking about such things. Some form of rebuff using comparable media platform would have been more acceptable.
