Kalaba reigns on DRC charts

Zambia midfielder Rainford Kalaba is the leading top scorer the DR Congo Super Ligue.

The Zambia midfielder has scored seven goals so far for Group A leaders TP Mazembe from as many games played by the DR Congo champions.

Kalaba is one goal ahead of his club mate and striker Ousmane Cisse of Mali.

In third place is Tagi Agiti Etekyama of AS Vita Club who has scored five goals for the Kinshansa club who are currently leading the DRC Super Ligue Group B.

The DRC Super Ligue is currently on recess until mid-January to make way for DR Congo’s participation in the 2014 CHAN finals in South Africa.

  1. What is his real age, his time for Europe might be already over before anyone could even look at him.

    • If you want to know the Actual age of an African Player, use the formular:-
      Footballer’s age + X = Actual years.
      Where footballer’s age = Age as reported from the media and
      X = 5 ( A constant valuable)

    • If you want to know the Actual age of an African Player, use the formular:-
      Footballer’s age + X = Actual years.
      Where footballer’s age = Age as reported from the media and
      X = 5 ( A constant variable)

    • Ba MJ,
      Ba MJ muli kapuba, ati >>>>X = 5 ( A constant variable)<<<<<. How can something be constant and vary (variable) at the same time? Nga tamwishibe ifya kulanda kulala fye mwalalya na masuku na fimango ifyabola.

    • kalaba has already had his share of European football, first being in 2006 when he spent a season in france, then again in either 2009 or 2010 he spent a season in Portugal at sporting bragga, eventually his contract at bragga was terminated after he refused to go to zamalek where the Portuguese club had agreed with the Egyptian club to loan him. that’s how he ended up at mazembe……some players may be good but not for European football, kalaba is one of them.

    • Yes let him define it cause there is no way a variable could be constant. Variable is complete opposite of constant.

    • Why concentrate on negatives only?
      By the way, ba Anti – Politics, what is amasuku na fimango fyabola? You sound like you have a good taste of the same. Lol.

  2. Imwe ba mumbwe what he meant by x being constant value is that it will always be 5. So add what ever age the postnewspaper will report by 5

    • boss he did not say X is a constant value, he said x is a constant variable, read his post. Thus said, he confused us, because,like black Uhuru said , variable & constant are perfectly opposite of each other in definition.. we are just trying to promote the aspect of being factual in your comments and also the simple but good habbit of reading through & editing your comment before you post… otherwise we get the gist of his intended communication.

  3. Guys stop throwing hot Porridge at each other, just admit that every footballer is guilty as charged whether African, European, American or Asian. They tighten their belts on everything, be it Officials or sponsors, from fixing martches to selecting venues etc!
    So please congratulate the young man and take your grivancies to Fifa who is the Father of all……………if you know what I mean. Now cheating is not only in Football as we all are aware, lets just say Life is about cheating apparently, ask the Big man he has all the crafts and magic of how to be the master at it!

  4. But you tu baiche are so childish…always quarreling over trivial things …shaaaa.

    Peace and Prosperity to Mother Zambia.

  5. Imwe ba Anti-Politics naba Consultant, leave MJ alone, naleta formula iisuma sana. Mulefwaya muleipanga bu genious pa internet, limbi na G12 mwalipona

  6. People who have never followed footballers are the ones that doubt. I heard of players like Kalaba, Clifford Mulenga at a teneder age when they participated in gothia cup competition in sweden. If you truck them then you will know that they failed to reduce their ages. The ones reported are real ones. Same applies to Jacob Mulenga, Kola, Mayuka, Sunzu. We watched them at under 20 and I ve been busy adding a year to every new year. So tomorrow I ll be adding 1 to their current age.

  7. Patrick Mboma of Cameroon went to Europe when he was 30. He became a very succesful striker.
