Patriotic Front secretary-general Wynter Kabimba says President Sata is aware of the challenges Zambians are facing and is working hard to address them before the 2016 general elections.
Mr Kabimba said President Sata knew about the challenges Zambians are facing when he assumed office.
“President Sata knows that people want a government that will transform their lives for the better. They want hope and this government under President Sata is working on that,” he said.

Mr Kabimba, who is also Minister of Justice, said this in Mansa when he addressed government officials.
Meanwhile, Mr Kabimba said President Sata has established many new districts in order to bring Government closer to people and that the PF understands local government very well.
“We knew when we were creating these districts that there would be challenges such as lack of office space for our officers, housing blues and so on. We knew we would have budgetary constraints, but no country has ever developed from a comfort zone,” Mr Kabimba said.
He encouraged civil servants to work hard because the task of developing the country lies on their shoulders.
“We want to see a spirit of hard work in our civil servants. I can assure you that the PF administration cares for you very much because we know you are the drivers of our policies. President Sata loves you.
“People are not interested in the challenges you are facing, they want results. So show the spirit,” Mr Kabimba said
He said Mr Sata is a leader of immense political experience who knows the challenges that civil servants in remote rural areas are facing.
“Mr Sata knows that civil servants in the rural parts of this country have peculiar challenges and so don’t think he’s seated comfortably. His life and heart always cry for a better Zambia,” Mr Kabimba said.

Only a f00l would disagree with Kabimba’s statement. Yes indeed Sata is fast transforming Zambia before 2016 not the better BUT the WORST. He is in a rush to impoverish majority Zambians so that come 2016, they will be so desperate to accept hand outs from PF in form of food, free mealimeal in exchange for votes.
That said, I know Zambians too well and I am pretty sure they wont take that bait at all, but what they will do is accept the money and gifts from PF and go and vote for UPND like they have done against UNIP and MMD.
Kabimba you can build state of the art infrastructure to match the western world, but as long as the majority of the people are struggling to feed their families due high cost of mealimeal , fuel and high cost living in general then people will vote for UPND.
Its a pity that Kabimba and his PF minions still think that people will vote for PF because of infrastructure. Their thinking defies natural logic. Natural logic stipulates that food and water come first before shelter. After human beings has been fed thats when they would think of where to sleep and with whom. Without food, shelter and others things do not make sense at all. What I am trying to say is that infrastructure yes we need it BUT not at the expense of affordable cost of living.
Here in the UK the Tory government has been building infrastructure since they came to power. Old tower block houses are being replaced with new houses. Road maintenence and construction is on going. But despite all this COME 2015 PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TORIES ANY MORE DUE TO HIGH COST OF LIVING.

Civil servants, work hard!! How can they work hard when you, the PF government, has not publicised the targets they are supposed to work to? We have been telling you from the onset, please set these “social contracts” or performance targets, publicise them; then assess the performance of civil servants based on the agreed performance targets. E.G. how long does it take to get the NRC? the Passport? The title deed? a plot from the council? How long should a person stay in cells before seeing a Judge? Small things like these could make a significant difference in people’s lives ba Kabimba; twanaka; walk the fckn talk.

UPND tribal leader Hakainde Hichilema has instructed all Tongas to shun labour day celebrations as a way of protesting against the PF government.
A letter and an email currently circulating among Tonga workers across the country has information that HH has demanded a boycott of the labor day celebrations from his tribesmen.
“… I therefore urge all of our workers especially supporters of our great party, the UPND to boycott the celebrations as a way of showing the PF how pathetic the governance of this country is… “read HH’s letter in part.

Yes. Every individual, business or indeed country borrows! However, you don’t just borrow without having set up short-term & long-term goals. What are the effects on our people’s standard of living? Nowadays, the poor & sick go to hospitals, to die since health facilities are simply dilapidated structures, with no medicines, no properly trained medical practitioners (since the good one have left for greener pastures). If you think road construction is much more important than well-stocked, properly managed health facilities, then you do not care about our people who voted you into power!!!
