Town Clerks should know they are not above the Law but they can use their influence to better cities like kitwe
Kutumpa uku imwe Ba Edward. Anybody can think better than you tried to think, because what you are thinking EVERYBODY knows.
The town clerk committed the office in 2010 and the agency arrest some in 2014, were they asleep all this time please. I know a wrong is a wrong and should be collected but what I am trying to put forward is people are employed and paid to do work every month. Its not fair to wait for so long most of the cases go an detected for this reason. Any way let us wait and see. the witnesses may be long gone.
