  1. Pace setters BRAVE NCHANGA RANGERS…We lead and others follow.I hope we won`t taste any defeat in the league this season.

  2. Bravo, You did it in 1978 and 1998. Now this is 2008.. Go for it boys and win the league. Seems there is something special with the No.8 to Nchanga Rangers.

  3. Abdulaziz your language just exposes the type of person you are.I think your language and yourself are no different.A fortnight ago we had some postings from some guys in Sudan or supporters from Al Hilal after the first leg. These guys were mature in their language and contributions.Be a man and stop behaving like a ‘Little Boy’.
All the best to Al Hilal in the competition may the do better than the last Last Four the achieved last year.

  4. Green Buffaloes knocked out by Highlanders!!! Where is this team from? Surely it’s high time Zambian teams upped their game. Well, better luck next time soldier boys.

  5. So you guys even had hopes of Zambian clubs progressing in the african club championship? It will never happen. Keep on dreaming.

  6. Football in Zambia belong to Kitwe, Chingola and Mufulira. I wish these teams could rise and show the rest how football is played. You know what I mean. The resurrection of Nchanga, Power and Nkana will take sometime for us to see results. These teams used to contribute good players to the national team.
I dont wana go in detail to start naming players. You already know.

  7. A black weekend for Zambian soccer lovers. What happened to us? I remember those olden days when Nkana Foot ball Club could beat the likes of Zamalek, Club Africain, Racing FC, Iwuanyanyu FC, Union of doulla FC, Asante Kotoko, bla bla bla. Those were the days. Now our teams cannot even beat Highlanders of Zimbabwe. WHY ARE THE MIGHTY FALLEN???

  8. Unshocked #!12,we knew that Zesco and GBFC were going no where, this has been the sad story of our Club football for years.None of us are shocked. Some of us have some confidence in the National Soccer team than clubs which don’t have players to compete in Africa.
One of the major challenges of the new Faz Excet. is to do something about local Football. We need Under 16 ,18 and maybe Under 20 leagues in the Country. The issue of school football also needs to be looked at.If we can have better structures at Youth Level.Chiparamba Academy can’t do it alone. The mines those days had Under 14,16,18 teams all over C.B.Thats why Power 90 won the Confederation Cup and Nkana

  9. narrowly lost(Penalties)in the Final of Champions league before because of the talent that kept coming out of the Youth Structures.

  10. Good game by C.Katongo on Saturday(05/04/08) .Go to youtube and just type AC Horsens vs Bronbdy check out the goals.

  11. #17 We need more to be done is not enought tell us what needs to be done and how, Kalu alone will not improve Zambia soccer. All those critisizing should come with solutions as well. The fact is we have no money and best players die at very young ages which is a problem and we all know well what the cause is. Beer and sex

  12. #20, You appear like a very frustrated person in life. What problems do you have? You just re-surface on the blog to attack other bloggers. Pity on you.

  13. #21 the truth hurts but we have to face the truth. Look at SA they have 2 clubs in the last 16 and yet they is nothing special about them. There is something wrong with football in Zambia

  14. Go on youtube and watch the best of the Worlds best footballer of all times “DIEGO AMARNDO MARADONA” wala mona game, ali mukali – tapali ukafikako iyo – ku Zed ati kalu mwe nk…koko…mwe nga ba Mudala Ba Gode “UCAR” Chitalu. Chitalu is Zambias greatest footballer of all time

  15. wenkoko iwe #29 you are sick in your mind you honestly can’t use decent language and what do u know about soccer? You are in the same league as abena shakafuswa wenkoko we don’t u dare call us that,if you were called that or behave like one.
