  1. Yaba, again we have the whole cabinate on the apron of the airport instead of doing some work! Why is it that cadres are allowed anywhere near that place also? If we aren’t careful bena Bin Ladin will see an opportunity to cause mischief and will infiltrate, you can imagine that Kenya, TZ and Ugandan presido’s are attractive targets. Let’s be honest ZP isn’t running any checks on those these brainless cadres, as long as you can sing an MMD slogan you are allowed in.

  2. No comment… as I have never seen or witnessed any tangible results out of these GLR Summits!!!!!!!!!!!!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.,..

  3. #1, Adviser. I also asked myself the same question-by who? Any, Zambia has plenty of bags full of endless surprises. Even murderers such as this Kenyan president can be received thunderously. But, it’s not surprising, Kenya is one of those seriously and openly corrupt countries, and they say birds of the same feathers…

  4. #4 – You can say that Kibaki’s govt is corrupt but to accuse him of being murderous? During the election stalemate at the beginning of 2008, most of the victims of the violence were members of the Kikuyu people which happens to be Kibaki’s ethnic group. Lets get our facts right before throwing around serious accusations.

  5. In what capacity is Zambia Hosting the Great lakes Region. Or is it Since when did Zambia become a member of the great Lakes Region? Can someone assist me please

  6. Some serious qns here.

    1. Ronald Mukuma told chief Puta not to listen to people who were saying the president was in Lusaka and that he was still in SA. So how could the entire president sneak in the country quietly after attending planned for ” bilertral talks”
    mwebantu sure.

    2. I hear that Sudaneese president is due to attend this meeting, what is Zambia’s stance as a country which is a signatory of the Rome statute on the pending ICC indictment of this guy.

  7. That Kibaki is a dictator who is clinging to the presidency through corruption.
I wonder how many more pregnant cows Rupiah Banda is going to give away after the so called summit and Kikwete will hit the jackpot with his second cow, probably a bull this time. Good luck!

  8. I hope Bashir, Sudanese President, will be safe here in Zambia last month the man failed to attend the sumit in Uganda as it was strongly rumored that Yoweri Museveni had allowed ICC proscutors in Uganda with their handcuffs ready to effect an international warrant of arrest. I hope RB and his friends have not bin chaeated with sum dollars to do waht Museveni failed to effect. Why cant ICC arrest the likes of George W. Bush and others for declaring war on Iraq and Afiganistan where millions of pipo have been murdered and more are still on daily basis. When Western leaders kill other citizens its not murder. What a shameful situation.

  9. I agree with # 6. In fact Odinga´s ethnic group Luo initiated the killings in the Rift valley of Kenya upon realising Odinga was losing the elections. They went around checking on ID cards which in Kenya bears tribe name like in Zambia and also sorted out uncircumsised ment (Luos are uncircumsised). The Kikuyus responded with killings too! As it is now the Luo area is highly violent and the goverment is literally failing to bring order to that area! In Kenya there are what are called Mungikis the equivalent of RBs party cadres trying to control markets, min buses but armed and kill at will. So watch those cadres out before they advance!

  10. Did you know when Hon. Ronald Mukuma (Presidentail Affairs Minister) when he served as PS at Transport & Communications was robbed of his imprest in Dar Tanzania, where he had gone to attend the Joint Ministerial Meeting on TAZARA. It was rumored he had ka intwani …..

  11. #13 Alale, And to what political party does the Mungiki Sect in Kenya belong, if you are comparing them with party cadres in Zambia?. Get your facts right first, otherwise refrain from displaying your ignorance on the blog. The Mungiki sect is a secret society and thank God, there no Zambian equivalent of it.

  12. #14, Ba, Alale, I can see you know nothing about Kenya. The Luos are not circumcised. The Kikuyus are circumcised.

  13. Izn’t this just another talk-shop with so much wine and graze at push hotelz, while the people they are suppozd to represent live below a – dollar – a – day? Afrika…my Afrika…

  14. I pray that he won’t be given a cow as it was the case with Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania, because that will extremely be costly taking it to Kenya by road.

  15. What are these cadres doing at the Airport, Dont they have jobs to go to. i find it very sad that these pipo have nothing better to do , but embrace themselves in such a way. Shame on you cadres. Go and get a job and look after your families.

  16. #22 You share my worriez. Thoze farmerz withe type of cow given to Prezident Kikwete better hide them, what withe many Headz of States around this time…

  17. If i was President , i wouldnt want other Heads of state to see how pipo in my country have nothing better to do , i would make sure every one is going on with their business. Who wants to see Vinyau at the Airport? Lazy so and sos.

  18. At last Pepe Kalle has a real job – hosting a talk show. With his 73 year old knee now in tip top dancing condition we can expect a stellar performance.
