The acting Executive Chairman of Taskforce on Corruption says will determine what to do with out-standing criminal allegations against Former President, Frederick Chiluba, after studying the cases.
Godfrey Kayukwa who is also Anti-Corruption Commission Director General, says he needs to scrutinise the allegations and consult extensively before making a decision.
Llieutenant Colonel Kayukwa told ZNBC news in Lusaka that he has not yet looked at files containing the allegations against Dr. Chiluba.
He however confirmed that he has received all the hand over notes from his predecessor, Max Nkole.
Colonel Kayukwa said there is need to study the allegations before deciding the way forward.
Mr. Nkole while serving as Task Force Executive Chairman said he wanted to open the Carlington Maize scam and the Arms deal cases involving Dr. Chiluba.
Dr. Chiluba was acquitted recently on charges of theft of public funds amounting to $500,000.

We shall wait and see what you decide atleats you are being honest and we expect an honest assesment

your statement suggests to me that you already have your mind set on what should be done, These matters are delicate have an open mind
I hope Zambians have confidence in their judiciary. For now, we were made to believe that Chiluba is guilty and any judgment less than that jail will be unacceptable. But that is not justice. Chiluba is innocent until proven guilty. So why are we finding it hard to believe the outcome of the case. It on us to prove that he is guilty and it is on him to defend himself. Zambians should understand that Levy was not the court!! After all he was equally corrupt!
But why do these pipo bow down so much when handing in their credentials to the presido? Is it just a culture or its mandatory?
No one will be as brave as Nkole
No one will be more stone walled to deal with the cases, My instincs tell me this guy will just be a muppet who is a yes man, and you will not hera from him untill he is sacked when another government comes to power. Max was brave but surely the one was is laughing now is not you or me, neither RB but yes Chiluba.
Nkole forgets so fast. The arms deal and the maize scam involved Katumbi the current governor of Katanga. If I remember well, Levy entered a deal with him because of national security. Why prosecute Chiluba on a done deal?
RB didnt like maximum condom becouse chiluba would have been in jail by now, so he has brought in one of his man to free mr chiluba and tax fools will be disolved in the end.
Mushota #8 please use your brains and not your instincts! Nkole was so dull that it took us 8 years to prosecute one case! Why didn’t he renew his contract on time? It is because he was busy drinking instead of reading the ruling!
This is the professional conduct taxpayers expect from those entrusted to serve them.Colonel Kayukwa has already registered magnanimity and strong ethos befitting a senior public officer acquainted with public service standing orders.Colonel you have our unwavering support in delivering justice and fair play.Max Nkole like his predecessor Mark Chona Mwanawasa fired, has proved a lamentable failure of unmatched incompetence for a sensitive public office. He has proved too myopic self serving vengeful animal alien to to our national values of justice and fair play. His personal pocket interest took precedence over ethics.Denying him a renewal of his useless contract is the best thing that Zambians have prayed for.Almost US $1.1 billion has been shredded on the TFC in recovery of 2%.
Like in Rwanda where Nkole failed the UN investigation job to carry dignified investigations of the blood stained hands, at the TFC he has lamentably failed to secure any worthwhile prosecution. After losing this disgracefully, why then should his expired contract be renewed? Why should Zambians continue rewarding highly costly incompetence that brings in nothing but an insulting 2% of the billions spend on the crusade? I recommend that this chap and his legion must be screened with detail and will.In the life span of this TFC, the league ran a racket over taxpayers money.
Yes RB put people you can control with a raised finger not those that can speak there hearts out Max the retiree. What can Zambians expect from a former ZAF officer? A soldier would never speak a different language from that of his boss. FJT’s case will NEVER go beyond Chinyama’s judgement with RB in power,PERIOD
Police probe bizzarre case
Police in Northen province are looking for a man who allegedly sold two of his children to a businessman in Tanzania in 2003.
Simon Siwale of Mapulanga village in Mbala is on the run after one of the children he sold to a Tanzanian national returned home on Tuesday.
Siwale allegedly sold his son aged four and a daughter aged two in 2003 and returned to the village claiming his children had drowned while travelling with him in a canoe.
Northen province police commanding officer, Charles Lungu, told ZNBC news in an interview that one of Siwale’s child who is now 12 years old has escaped from Tanzania.
Mr. Lungu said Siwale’s wife Claire reported the matter to the police after the boy explained his ordeal.
He said the girl who is now aged nine has…
In the past, every puppet on this site has been calling for the closing of the Task force and handing over to ACC, police and DEC. Today every I.D.I.0.T has forgotten their blogs of 48 hrs ago and are now praising the new Executive Chairman Godfrey Kayukwa. Ba cimbwi imwe why not continue barking the closure of Task force.
@12,13 Senior Citizen… you are spot on. I used the same description on Nkole a while ago and was blasted. How does Nkole, a proven failure become a hero now? Zambians wake up please. This idea of condemning everything pro-govt will put our country in jeoopardy. Next time pipo wil b voting for Kapoko bcoz he spent time in prison! Pls, let us have standards. Max Nkole has failed us. He should not be hero warshipd. Same goes for Sata, but 4give me, Sata’s not the topic, o worshippers! Let us let leaders lead normally, condemning the wrong and appreciating the rite. Worshipping them is not good 4 our country.. not RB not Sata not HH not any 1 else….

100% correct too many foolish people here
We shall wait and see what this man will do with the cases inlvoving our former president Chiluba
@16 Mule, bakakupenya if u are konkeleshaling… Some pipo are only bent on either supporting or insulting other certain leaders (like myself on Sata, I apologise) so much so that they refuse to understand even the topic at hand.
Some chap made me laugh .. apparently rumour has it that Sata owns Central Park (Farmer’s House) building… very funny. Pipo just refuse to understand matters just supporting and insulting baselessly! Sheesh!!!
SHOULD ZAMBIA REWARD OR HERO WORSHIP INCOMPETENCE?
Like in Rwanda where Maxwell Nkole failed the UN job to carry dignified investigations of the blood stained hands of the Genocide, at The Task Force on Corruption-TFC as usual Nkole has lamentably failed the country to secure any worthwhile prosecution. After losing this disgracefully, why then should his expired contract be renewed? Why should Zambians continue rewarding highly costly incompetence that brings in nothing but an insulting 2% of the billions spend on the crusade? I recommend that this chap and his legion of racketeers must be screened with detail and will.In the life span of this TFC, the league has only proved to be callous Gold digging racketeers over taxpayers’ money.

It pleasing that the New TFC Chief Col.Kayukwa has come with professional conduct, integrity and rationality taxpayers expect from those entrusted to serve them. Here is Colonel Kayukwa already registering magnanimity and strong ethos befitting a senior public officer acquainted with public service standing orders. He has said he will have to read the case before deciding which Nkole failed to do. The chap did not read the judgment yet hastily instructed Nchito to irregularly file the appeal without the concert of the DPP.Read what Mwanawasa’s diaries say: On November 29,2005 “President Mwanawasa reminded Nkole that the Task Force operated under the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) during prosecution of the cases.”The DPP enjoys the discretion of deciding whether to proceed with…

Colonel Kayukwa we all abhor corruption and impunity but here you are demonstrating professional approach to national matters. salutations sire, you have our unwavering support in delivering justice and fair play.
Max Nkole like his predecessor Mark Chona Mwanawasa fired, has proved a lamentable failure of unmatched incompetence for a sensitive public office. He has proved too myopic self serving vengeful animal alien to to our national values of justice and fair play.
Its shameful that Nkole’s personal pocket interest took precedence over ethics. Therefore without apology, denying incompetence a renewal of contract is the best thing that Zambians have prayed for.Almost US $1.1 billion has been shredded on the TFC in recovery of insulting 2% yet he was expecting to be rewarded many more years without realizing any object of the TFC.
Here is what the late Mwanawasa files say on such incompetence:
EXCERPTED FROM THE MWANAWASA DIARIES
I am not impressed with task force – Levy By Brighton Phiri: Tuesday November 29, 2005
PRESIDENT Levy Mwanawasa yesterday revealed that he was not impressed with the Task Force’s failure to secure any conviction out of the corruption cases presented before the courts of law.Speaking when he swore-in Maxwell Nkole as Task Force executive chairman and former University of Zambia Students Union secretary general Alex Simumba as public policy specialist at Cabinet Office, President Mwanawasa said it was shameful that the Task Force had not secured any conviction since its inception.
”I was told by the Task Force that there were 70 corruption cases that have been completed for prosecution…but only 10 cases have been presented before the courts…three have resulted into acquittals while seven are before the courts,” President Mwanawasa said. “These are not statistics that make me happy…it is unfair for the suspects, who carry the criminal tag and it is also unfair for the state that its very important crusade can be treated like this.
It is shameful that the Task Force cannot boast of any conviction for the past three years of its existence.”President Mwanawasa said he was mindful of the fact that the Task Force’s assignment was huge and complicated, but he said a lot could be achieved.President Mwanawasa said it was shameful that his slogan of “governance under the new deal administration will be by law rather than men” had become a mere joke due to his government’s failure to record positive results in its crusade against corruption. He directed Nkole to ensure that the Task Force took more action.President Mwanawasa further directed Nkole to read his letter of guidance to the Task Force, which he said contained directives on its operations.
“I am disappointed that my guidance has been ignored with contempt,” he said.He asked Nkole to avoid working in isolation while serving as executive chairman of the Task Force.President Mwanawasa told Nkole that the Task Force comprised all heads of the security agencies.”I want all these security agencies to meet once every after two weeks under your chairmanship,” he directed Nkole.President Mwanawasa reminded Nkole that the Task Force operated under the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) during prosecution of the cases.”The DPP enjoys the discretion of deciding whether to proceed with the prosecution or not,” he said.President Mwanawasa said the public and taxpayers were anxious to see results coming out of the anti-corruption crusade.

Senior citizen or #23-31 you have no idea what you are talking about find something constructive that trying to bring half baked analysis on this blog. Are you illegal in the USA maybe you work for diappers.com huh?
#i6 u are the blogger of the day…why not go all the way and call for dissolution of the task force all together? After all, the purpose for which it was created (legitimise Levy’s fradulent rule) ended with the demise of the creator (LEVY). Levy is the damn culprit in this nonsense…the chap wasted our precious time so much that it hurts me to hear anyone (including his wife) calling his illegal tenure a ‘LEGACY’…legacy my foot!! Every well meaning Zambian saw this coming including the Post then…before Levy bribed them to his side…but Zambians still find it fit to shower Levy with unfounded praises…SHAME! RB is next on the list of presidential blessing as long as he dies while in office…
I am very sceptical about political appointees especially when the appointing authority has dictatorial tendencies and messes up with the justice system. All eyes and ears will be on Colonel Kayukwa to see how professional he will be in his new position. Colonel Kayukwa please serve Zambians with pride and without fear and you will be blessed.

Time is one thing we don’t have! how much time has been spent on this freakin case allready? FFS!” what do you want another 8 years? lets be serious
@22
Walasa yewe! Ba shinka manyela batu chimfya.
AS LONG AS THIS MAN BOW DOWN TO RB HE WILL FOLLOW HIS GUIDING HAND (THE GOD FATHER). CHILUBA WONT GO DOWN AND SOON THE MAN WILL ISSUE A STATEMENT DISCONTUINING THE CHILUBA SAGA……END OF TASK FORCE……DEC AND ACC WILL BE IN CONTROL PERIOD. MY FRIEND JINX POPO GIVE US A DAIRY…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
The end of the TFC has to be orderly.Col.Kayukwa has to make a smooth transition of absorbing the TFC into his ACC functional structure.Currently its a duplicate of ACC and DEC a bad policy proven too costly to the taxpayers. The wasted billions could have strengthen ACC and DEC operations respectively.
#39, THATS CABBAGE (LEVY) FOR YOU, HE GOT US INTO ALL THIS UNPROFITABLE VENTURES ALL FOR POLITICAL GAIN/SYMPATHY & LUCKILY, HE FOR SURE GOT IT…
The title puzzles me here. ” … remaining cases?” How about all the other cases? I thought they said they still needed time to study the judgement on the six (acquitted) cases just 2 days ago, before Nkole was fired???! Any of the current MMD government’s positions on Chiluba’s unforgettable criminal cases can from now on only be seen as a whitewash. The REAL FIGHT against corruption is lost, for now. That’s my opinion.
Zambians are docile imbeciles that are allowing Banda to shit all over them. You can’t call your selves peace loving when the majority live in poverty. Unless this ***** is removed we have not future in the new world. This guy has been testing us and now has determined we are *****s that deserve to be treated like dirty. he is going to be worse than Mugabe. He will not lose the elections because he will manipulate the outcome. And were is HH in all this?
# 8 Mushota, iwe mune icisungu please, were u running away from english lessons during your primary and secondary school? Have constructive writings please.
From which stone are these worms are crawling from? Even smart guys like Malila with CANTAB degrees are all stooping so low to this toad faced villager for loose change…Come on you guys you are smart enough to earn a living genuinely any where in the world rather then associating your selves with these monkeys. By the way where is Eric Silwamba and Vincent Malambo. I thought they were Kafupis trusted lawyers? How did they abandon Kafupi?? Am i missing something here??
Joe bidden no 42. I never went to such school. Chimbwi iwe. Matako yobe illegal immigrant. chikamba mwaume usha kwata amano. I maybe a woman but i would slap and make your tail reach your belly button kolwe
And while you douchebags are ‘studying’ or whatever, you have til monday morning to appeal. This leaves only friday and Monday morning. We all remember what happened with the Kashiwa case
And can someone please ellaborate on the Presidential, ministirial and constitutional office holders bills that RB has consented to? While you are busy talking abou Chiluba, someone is deeping his hands into the cookie jar
# 31 Substance I think Senile citizen is more appropriate!!
Am I the only who finds Senior Citizens’ s or senior nonsense’s comments ununderstandable and outrightly childish? Surely, Zambia cannot progress with people with such ignorance and total nonsense in them in leadership. senior nonsense, kindly tell the rest of the bloggers what you do in life. You are the most ignorant and shameless bootlicker on this blog. Please try by all means to understand your contributions, many people have told you about the nonsense you write, please grow up. Nkole has been examplarily professional. Wait and see Chiluba will not be free forever over this one.
Kamubezeni kumunzi Banda, Stanioko bushe chinshi twalufyanya? In our own country we are living worse that refuges why? One day nkapanda and you will see what will happen to these so called Politicians the same KK did to some of the people who attempted to deport him to Malawi, nshalande ifingi just watch me. Nga mwamona batampa ukupona one by one just remember me and my words. By the end of this year you will see one or two balinokutusha.
When a man can’t look a person they are presenting anything to, then know they are hypocrites. Eye contact with your boss is a measure of confidence and it imporesses a genuine person. I recall on my graduation, I looked KK in the eye and said thank you Excellency, KK has never forgotten about me. He would ask about me to people he knows know me but I had only met him for the first time on that day. I would never worship another man like a God, but I do respect people in authority if they respect themselves. How do ,you expect a guy bowing his head like a kid to disagree with the president and advise him constructively on principle? This should be a comrade occassion where you show that, ‘Yes’, I will work with you but I will not be your poddle. People have to stand up and be…
YOU CAN INSULT ALL YOU WANT. ABA POMPWE, BA SKANKA PA KUNYA HAVE DRIBBLED US AGAIN. AS FAR AS I ‘M CONCERNED THE CASE WAS FINNISHED WHEN THE LATE P. MWANAWASA SACKED M. CHONA AND MADE A DEAL WITH KATUMBI AND HIS ELDER BROTHER KATEBE KATOTO. ALL THESE APPOINTMENTS ARE JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES. ZAMBIANS SHOULD WAKE UP. OTHERWISE WE WILL TRAVEL IN THE SAME DIRECTION REGARDLESS WHO IS IN THE MANTLE..WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM RUPIAH ANYWAY?
The people,
My sincere advise is you stop taking English like your native village language.Drop from wasting your time blogging rubbish and invest your time in learning English.Blogs by those who can’t vibe your native language you are looking for here you can avoid reading them. Sanction yourself from reading their entries. In social forums, the fact that those you belabor to engage in your sublevel blogs don’t give you an audience or respond means they have put a permanent mark on you that you are rubbish not worth responding to.In such scenario, stop reading their article period because they look at you down.Such are professional spin Doctors.Such know if you are worth their time or not.
In Kanitundila’s vocabulary, “needs more time to study” means I am looking for a reason to acquit. It’s so true that one cannot teach an old dog new tricks. Watch Bwezani inplode himself withile trying to protect corruption!
“New Task Force Chief needs more time to study Chiluba’s remaining cases”!!
In short, you all can go to HELL concerning FTJ’s plunder cases!!! Didn’t RB ask for more time to study the tribunal ruling against SILIYA? And want happened with that? Well, the country is still waiting for his reaction to the findings. In Zambia…..more time means……case closed, finito, chapwa, vasila!!!!
The gang mentality in Zambian politics is deep and widespread than we think: PROTECT MY BACK AND I WILL PROTECT YOURS—-thieves are notorious at this!!!
Yes, this is the state of affairs. We need time to put medicine and new technology in hospitals. We need time to revive the tertiary education system. We need time to revitalize the economy. We need time to need time! Even Jesus needs time to return!!
Mr. President/Your excellency. You have done us honour. We know we are poor but its not right for foreigners to decide how to deal with our matters. Why is Britain so much interested in graft cases in Zambia. How much graft (Infact public theft) is going on Britain. LET NOT THESE CHILDREN OF THE DEVIL embarras us to the world. Thank you Mr. President, infact I would urge you to just shred all Chiluba’s case papers. This was all Mwanawasa’s vindictive acts FOR POLITICAL MILEAGE. Leaders come and go, give Banda a chance, we love him
# 56 My friend are you one of RB’s beneficiary,Chiluba was seen as a mehhssiah was he took over power in 1991,what has he done just pick pocketin en you want to praise this devil!Think twice you helpless zambian learn to have brains, people like you are the reason you are suffering!
#57; I RESPOND; That’s what makes RB and Chiluba and me great people. We don’t use emotions. I trully benefited from Chiluba’s wise leadership. HE WAS A DAMN GOOD PRESIDENT. What a GREAT LEADER HE WAS. My reasoning fellow country men is that, all these were schemes to bring shame to all of us. SHAME ON BRITAIN and ITS ZAMBIAN SUPPORTERS LIKE YOU # 57. Open your eyes how many are stealing in Britain and who talks about them. Do you. They kill and we support and say yes. I SAY NO NO NO. VIVA CHILUBA, RB AND I
JUST DISBAND THE WHOLE I- D- I-O – TIC FORCE. MULETUSHINGA BUTTER KUMENSO.
I’m tired of all this task force nonsense. After all,Whether you like it or not, it was illegally formed. Talk about other national issues; e.g have the farming implements for this farming season been distributed to the peasant farmers? ………………..we need ford on our tables.
But Kayukwa’s ratification was rushed through parliament. MPs were not given enough time to scrutinise him!
All the political happenings seem to be wrong. I worry about the retired people. I worry about my future retirement. Sometimes I think of giving up on Zambia but then I think of my mother and father, my nephews and nieces and my children and grandchildren of the future. Then I say may be if I contributed one more time to the making of Zambia a liveable country. ALLUTA CONTINUO! Maybe, like @ 60 I should be concerned about the things that should be happening at the grassroots. Have the people got food on their tables? Have hospitals and school got personell and necessary equipment. I think Govt needs to be pressed to provide for its people. If the people are feeding,Chiluba’s case would not matter. People are talking about it because he diverted the resources meant for the people to…
…….himself. Zambians are decent people but they need decent leadership that is deeply concerned about their basic needs. The Zambian people deserve more than they are getting now. Zambians need to fell protected by their leaders. Zambians need shelter, personal security, salaried jobs, security of their resources as a nation and all freedoms (the whole package of freedoms). Above all we need the Govt to make us feel at home in Zambia.
#48, 50, No you are not the only one that finds his comments outrightly childish!!!!! Gentlemen please, I know we are entitled to our opinions but let us think before we write something on this blog page. Senior citizen, we appreciate your independent thinking but that should make you a fool!!! By analytical mon ami, dont behave like these very leaders that take us for blind and deaf children, thinking they can get away with all kinds of mischief. We are closely watching RB and his time is slowly approaching.
I meant to say “be analytical”-typo
#58 – The UK is developed and the amounts stolen there are nothong compared to Chiluba’s primitive stealing look. Besides, the opportunity cost here is much higher, did you ever hear a British minister sent to France or Germany of any specialist treatment? Here, from Kanitundila’s “minor knee operation” to ????’s HIV-AIDS mashabe are all posted to Morningside in South Africa for treatment. The speaker in the UK resigned for trying to protect thieves, here awe sure, Nkhole is fired for trying to pursue them!
more time=more money earned for him
That mucinshi is exaggerated. As if saying inde bwana.
Is RB and emperor or something? It is either people are bowing to him or they are kneeling. If there is a difference of opinion, how will his advisors voice out their concerns?
This f.o.o.l will be studying the case today.Tomorrow, the same again, after 326 days he will still be studying the case. Even after the world cup he will be doing the same. Nothing will be done. Nothing. Chitumbuwa fye naena.
real azz kissing in that pic. as for this Chiluba issue, its a waste of time and resources. nothing will come out of it..
BULL SH*T, Kayukwa is the Director General of the ACC and he needs time to study the mother of corruption cases, what has he been doing all these years? Does he mean to tell us that the TF never CC ‘d reports and correcpondence on the plunder cases to the ACC?
you have taken over the job, the independence of the ACC is in your hands
Lets see how much he can bite that finger , His initial sentiment sounds like a is a good way to start…
Chiluba should be nabbed on money laundering if he does not explain who wished him well to a tune of millions of dollars which he went & starched in the zamtrop account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the end, we should also look at the money that has been spent in the last 8yrs to prosecute these cases,so much money will be wasted if a conviction is got!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
chilanga dweller
It is now very clear that the state won’t appeal. By the time Kayukwa finish studying the cases the 14days limit in which to appeal would have passed. ZAMBIA THE REAL AFRICA.
This guy wont determine anything apart from waiting for further instructions from RB…
#68/69 you are just yapping. If it was you in frant of RB you would have been s.h.i.t.i.n.g yourselves. Thats how every zambian is around a boss
The whole issue of corruption in the country sinks, without any leadership we are doomed to fail as the saying goes: “the fish rots from the head”. If there is no commitment from the top to fight corruption lets close the agencies and not pretend to impress the donors by appointing people we are setting up to fail. We can’t take the donors them for a ride. It’s a matter of time that they will start pulling the plug on projects in Zambia. We do need some courage and radical thinking from our leaders as Albert Einstein stated “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” And we do have people in the system who are part of the problems we are currently facing as a country and helping themselves with our Taxes while our parents,…
RB also said the same thing on Dora’s case, i hope it wont be the same.
#76, IN MY OWN WORDS,
Which appeal are you referring to? If you are referring to the Task Force’s appeal against Chiluba’s acqiuttal by the magistrate court, that appeal has since been squashed by the DPP! .
new task force chief is another boot licker, look at him bow
What was Nkole doing all this time, not to bring up these other cases. Looks like TF concentrated on one case only. And it took 7 years.
How long will the other cases take? Will they succeed in pinning down the Master Dribbler?
What nonsense? What has he been doing as anti corruption director if he hasn’t seen files containing allegations against chiluba? There are too many jokes in the Zed.
It is a waste of time and money doing the same thing again when you know exactly what the out come is. leave all that rubbish and start to do what is progressive, stop politicking and do work
I would like to find out from the good pipo of Zambia, how many decisions has this young man-DPP- made that are tainted in the many years that he has served in that Office? Do you want to wound him out of the Office like you did to the other young man, late Mukelabai? And if you remember very well Mukelabai never even did anything wrong. The principles of criminal law, that the muzungus left, are that even if you are caught red handed you are innocent until the law proves you guilty…if you have a good lawyer you walk. So on the merits of the case and not the newspaper prosecution was the offence proved beyond reasonable doubt? Which offence was brought before the court and were all the ingredients of the offence tabulated and proved to justify a conviction?
The monkey shouldn’t have peed on RB. That was a big mistake…
Learn to trust pipo who are professional and they have been doing the job for mahala unlike bene Nchito who want to take another years to enrich themselves. Read the judgment before you comment…I am still waiting to read it as well. You may seek my advice later.
All you bloggers surprise me. How do you expect anything in africa and let alone in Zambia to work well. Is there anything in Zambia that works well? Someone give me an example. The Social systems don’t function , the police, the Judiciary, the Executive, the Legislature. This is africa boys and girls. Relax. We are on holiday!
Zambia is even lucky to receive any aid at all. Nothing will run without aid. Had it not been for the ulterior motives of the western powers africa would be primitive bush.
Dont raise your hopes too high. This is africa. For those of you in diaspora too bad that you had to hail from such a god forsaken place as Africa. Just continue washing dishes in the evening so that you can leave some semblance of a life in a developed world…
Guys do you remember how Paul Tembo was eliminated by this congolese pygmy. He used his wife to kill Paul Tembo a day after Paul mentioned that the following day was going to be the end of MMD on which he was going to spill the beans about the corrupt deals. This monkey we have for a president has been given a cut from the looting they have hidden somewhere in Europe going by the way he is trying use his powers to stop any form of procecution of the stinking dickless pygmy.
Well, dark matter thats ur opinion,
The DPP’s reasons to withdraw the appeal doesn’t make too much sense. It is on court records that Chiluba was advised by the sChungu to use the Zamtroop A/c coz money donations from his so called well wishers was suspicious, now, accepting money from suspicious sources is what is termed money laundering which is a criminal offence in its own right! so bwana DPP, thats another resoan and case to pursue Chiluba!
senior citizen please give us a break you are the worst mmd puppet on this blog I wouldn’t be surprised if you are on this blog to promote the rotten RB ADMINISTRATION do’nt just condem NKOLE bring in suggestions how to deal with the chiluba issue we are all aware that the ACC has been in existence all this time all these cases of corruption have been going on what have been their successes I wonder!? LMP must have brought in the task force because the ACC WAS and is a NON STARTER, So I don’t think this KAYUKA fellow will do any thing, OR IS IT WHAT RB WILL DO since the judiciary have no say in ZED!
Nkole stood up to this nonsense. He put hios a$$ on the line for what he believed. The FTJ issue was never an easy conviction at all. This matter is now in the past. Nothing for the good of Zambian people can come from your president or his stooges. We need change thats all. Like the Japanese have just done. But RB will be prosecuted , not for his bad decision making, but his corrupt & self centred things he continues to do.. There’s no way that guy is Zambian.
