Zambia will face Sudan next week in an international friendly.
According to Faz, Zambia will face Sudan away in Khartoum on November 17.
Zambia settled on Sudan after earlier courting Moldova and 2012 Africa Cup co-hosts Gabon.
The team will be using the match as preparations for its participation in this year’s edition of the Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup in Tanzania that begins on November 27.

Ex-Zambia and Nkana coach Patrick Phiri has accepted a new long-term contract with defending Tanzania mainland champions Simba SC after the expiry of his two-year deal on Tuesday.
Phiri’s new contract is for an unspecified period that will see him promoted from coach to Simba technical director.
His retention ends speculation that he might be lured to ambitious club Azam FC who were said to be courting the former Zambian coach.
Simba are currently top of the Tanzanian mainland league table on 27 points from 11 games going into the two-month break before action resumes in January.
Archrivals Young Africans are second on 25 points while Azam are third on 20 points.
