Good news. This is the development that we need.
we should be having elections every year
Has the Mutanda-Chavuma Road been completed? With the Lobito railway link being rehabilitated, it’s time for Northwest railway to be constructed from Chingola to Chavuma, via Solwezi/Lumwana, to join Lobito in Angola. Just a thought – to give the new hospital more publicity!
Way to go RB
Our professors say that is good news for the people. Hope no one will be allowed to steal medicine from the hospital. GRZ should invest in video cameras in all hospital pharmacies & at medical stores.
How does a rural first level district hospital cost K28billion when a few weeks ago we were told the Lusaka second level General hospital has cost K3.7billion, some one please guide me how this is possible!!
Unprecedented development without borders, RB and his people’s MMD in overdrive. Feeble titular anti development parties have a Kilimanjaro to overcome.
Bravo!!
Ya chamu baba Sata. Kuli zi. Nichani?

Without fail please sign up in one of my summer classes this year to learn economics of Transportation or labor 101. Prerequisit, basic Business maths. No econometrics to fear here but basic stuff for your basic understanding then we can debate on your confusion. I see you don;t even understand the word “parrot”.
Are these rushed “developmental” (I hate the word developmental since Chiluba went to Luapula to talk developmental issues!!!) … going to ever be completed on time and delivered properly? Is there a new medical school of nurses, radiographers etc also being built? Or is it just the election time that is catalysing these projects?
MMD chief fimo fimo; to you my ugly friend!
Educate the ‘parrot’ Senior Citizen. He must be a kulima tower school of business drop out.
Hope they will complete these projects before the election time otherwise there is potential to abandon them post election. Will wait and see.
chinese doctors, cuban doctors, etc will always be available, so don’t worry about new medical schools etc. besides,in 2 years we can upgrade clinical officers to full fledged doctors
GRZ is supposed to do all these things which have been long over due 46 years of independence. Shame on all you all hypocrites who want to jubilate when you know its a campaign gimmick atase you will fall come 2011
Good News and way to go.Let us promote elections every year or after two years.Where will the medical staff come from? Are we going to do the kawama thing for equpments ?
