NAMWALA member of Parliament Robby Chizyuka says UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema should be blamed for the continuous defection of party members to the ruling party.
Major Chizyuka said members of the UPND have realised that Mr Hichilema cannot win the forthcoming tripartite elections and the only alternative is the MMD.
He said people have realised that voting for Mr Hichilema will only increase PF leader Michael Sata’s chances of winning the elections and that a lot of people do not want Mr Sata as their president.
“Everyone knows that it is not possible for Hakainde to win the elections, so why should anyone vote for him? The only party which will bring development to Zambia is MMD and that is the reason members are defecting,” Maj Chizyuka said.
He said for the sake of peace and unity, people are resorting to supporting the MMD and not MrSata who they think will cause confusion in the country.
Maj Chizyuka said some UPND members have realised that it is important for them to vote for a president who will bring development to the nation and that president is not Mr Hichilema.
Maj Chizyuka expressed confidence that President Banda will win this year’s elections and there is no need for people to waste their votes on a candidate who will not win.
“As far as 2011 is concerned, RB will win. There is no point putting votes on someone who will not win,” Maj Chizyuka said.
He said the defections to the ruling party from the opposition are a true manifestation of the fact that voters want president Banda to win the elections.
“People do not want Mr Sata and these defections show us that they (voters) are happier with the leadership of President Banda. They are worried about what Zambia will become if MrSata is given any chance,” Maj Chizyuka said.
Maj Chizyuka said Zambia needs a leader who can transform the country’s economy and bring development to the entire nation and not just a few people.
“The country needs someone who will bring unity and peace, not a person bent on perpetuating anarchy by causing unnecessary confusion among the people,” Maj Chizyuka said.
He noted that Mr Sata cannot be entrusted with leading the country because of his bad leadership traits.
Maj Chizyuka said MrSata cannot lead Zambia because he cannot be trusted and he has created a state of confusion because of his support for gay rights.
“In the recent past, MrSata has been advocating gay rights, which is a taboo and citizens should wonder how he can find comfort in supporting such activities,” Maj Chizyuka said.
He said no leader in their right mind can support gay rights which are widely unacceptable among the Zambian people

It is said that being wise is better than being strong; yes, knowledge is more important than strength.
After all, you must make careful plans before you fight a battle, and the more good advice you get, the more likely you are to win. Wise sayings are too deep for a stupid person to understand. He has nothing to say when important matters are being discussed. If you are always planning evil, you earn a reputation as a trouble maker. Any scheme a fool thinks up is sinful. People hate a person who has nothing but scorn for others.

We are also advised that we shouldn’t be envious of evil people, and we shouldn’t try to make friends with them. Causing trouble is all they ever think about; every time they open their mouth, someone is going to be hurt.
Truly, we shouldn’t let evil people worry us; we shouldn’t be envious of them. A wicked person has no future – nothing to look forward to.
People who promise things they never give, or will never be able to give, are like clouds and wind that bring no rain.

The behaviour of Michael Sata is everything else but unwise. It is the kind of behaviour that people with no goodwill and no serious intention engage in. It is very clear that Sata has no shame. He will go to any length to gain power. If it means becoming stupid to become head of state, he will do it. If he thinks being a fool will earn him power, he becomes a fool. This man has no boundaries.
His history is there for all to see. Under Dr Kenneth Kaunda, he was chief vigilante and was one of those who contributed to making Dr Kaunda unpopular at the time.

Many of our people who worked in the markets will remember exactly what Sata did. When Frederick Chiluba came to power, Sata yet again took a centre stage and this time became a chief kaponya. Anybody who needed harassment was dealt with by the machinery he controlled as national secretary for MMD.

Watch satanic deeds Michael Satana(Post newspapers-Sunday September 24, 2006
He worked tirelessly to purge the MMD of anybody who opposed that well-known evil scheme – the third term. We are not surprised that under the sponsorship of the plunderers, Sata is at it again – attempting to gain power which he will use to defend the plunderers.
His apparent U-turn on this subject cannot fool us. It goes to prove everything we have been saying. This man has no principles. It is the same mouth that only yesterday was promising to defend Chiluba that is today saying he will not defend him and his fellow plunderers. Why?
Only the other day in the same Eastern Province where he is now campaigning and attempting to deceive the electorate, Sata promised to protect fugitive Xavier Chungu. He categorically said that it was wrong to prosecute Chungu because he did nothing wrong. And just the other week in Luapula Province, Sata said Chungu will be allowed to return to Zambia after September 28 when he becomes president of Zambia.
And now he is saying something else. It is clear for everybody to see that Sata will say anything if it helps him to get elected. But what is also clear about his attempt to U-turn on the corruption fight is that he is not resolute in his new position. It is ambiguous, contradictory and seems to mean nothing.
BIKA BIKA BINGI, YOUR PROPAGANDA SHALL NOT WORK AT ANY COST. YOU ARE JUST A DOG IN LIONS GROUP. PABWATOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THIS YEAR WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT.
#3, You can say a lot of negative things about Sata but behold, when God opens the door for him, no man can shut it.No amount of propaganda will change the course of action if God propels the people to make Sata the President. You can not judge a person from his history because we live in a dynamic world where you have to change with times. If you are the same as you were twenty years ago, then you are as good as dead. Sata is proactive and focused that is all the reason the public media has been turned into State media to unleash the worst propaganda on MCS with the aim of stopping his race from the presidence. Why such propaganda on SATA and not on HH,Milupi, Miyanda or Nawakwi? It is because those with lust for power want to make the Presidency a preserve for themselves. as
Toothless crocodile. You have been expelled from UPND just like your friend Panji. You two job seekers JUST GO TO HELL
poor chizyuka…
How much money did rupiah give you to lick his arse ??
never mind, zambian people want change, PF will win the elections and rupiah clique will be kick out… :-))
Chizyuka stupid tribalist! I worked with him in ZNS…THIS MAN IS A TRIBALIST WHO HATED LOZIS, BEMBAS, AND EASTERNERS. HE NEVER EVEN USED TO HIDE IT!!
but sangawine mwe hh
I thought its clear by now that no one likes Sata as president of Zambia. Just vote for this Sata thing if you like and the following day you will be regretting for having done so. I end here!
This civilian soldier also with his failed political carrier, leave HH alone………..
Major Chizyuka, you are spot on. I am a card carrying member of UPND but this year, I will be one of those who will vote to enjure. It is true that we can not give chance to the Kaponya type of administration and the best way is to vote for someone who is more decent and you are sure of come next elections, you are sure of peaceful transformation. I can’t vote for someone whom I cast doubts as to whether that person will declare a state of ermengency and overnight change the constitution and crash to death any opposing opponents. HH will have my vote in 2016 when he will be ready for campaigns not now. Yes, he was treaked by the King Cobra.
If there are any defections to the MMD, is that not what you wanted Chizyuka?
Shut up and celebrate in your heart.
ICHINTU CHINTU TUMWENE, LELO NI SATA EEE. ICHINTU CHINTU TUMWENE, LELO NI SATA EEE. LELO NI SATA LELO EE LELOTULEWINA
@Bika bika bingi
Please carry on the good work. Keep reproducing those articles to refresh our minds. We absolutely love it! This is not propaganda at all. it is just stating the fact the way it is.
@Chizyuka: we like your message on Sata but please leave our HH alone. You are not God to know that he won’t win this time. Moreover, even if he loses he will contribute immersely to democracy by creating a balanced parliament. You should be the person to worry because your time is up. You are losing that seat whether you stand on MMD ticket or not.
Mumuleke MCS. Inshita yakwe naifika. from the book The Secret ( get a copy), I understand the law of attraction. you attract what you think most of. so in the case of MCS not ruling Zambia as being affirmed by most public figures like Major Chizyuka and the gang, the tide is flowing against the anti MCS’s. It is MCS’s set time.Mulekeni ateke tumone!
#10 you are very correct. SATA for a long time now been exhibiting a different attitude whenever he speaks in public i dont remember him insulting the likes of G.K or RB who are always insulting him. To me it seems he is preparing himself for State House.
Hey the finished Major Chizuka, what makes you think that MMD will win the election?by the way,are an MMD member of UPND member?I think you are ashamed of yourself as your own people in Namwala have rejected you and now you want to bring your frustration on SATA and PF.Go to hey my friend, you are not the one who is going to vote for SATA its us and we are the one saying SATA will win.I am a registered voter and my vote is for SATA and PF.
If the major is so popular why doesnt he stop fightin his expulsion from the upnd and defend his seat as an independent or mmd or whatever?he knows he wont win a by election and his only hope is for mmd ochestrated trickery and shenanigans in a general election perhaps.Pliz namwala brothers and sisters, show this crap carpet knight the door..
Tongaz are specilist in insults just read what they write. They sound BITTER.
CHIZYUKA, YOU HAVE IT WRONG!! YOU CAN SUPPORT RB BUT DO NOT BELITTLE SATA. YOU MAY HAVE DIFFERED WITH HH BUT DO BRING YOUR DIFFERENCES TO SATA. PF IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PARTY FROM UPND AND MMD. AND JUST FOR YOUR OWN INFORMATION THE BIASED TRIBAL GLASSES THROUGH WHICH YOU PERCEIVE SATA IS NOT THE WAY THE MAJORITY OF ZAMBIANS PERCEIVE HIM. HE IS THE ONLY CREDIBLE SYMBOL OF OPPOSITION IN ZAMBIA AND THIS YEAR HE WILL DEFINETELY SCOOP THE PRESIDENCE. DIE IF YOU WANT, BUT THESE WORDS WILL MOST ASSUREDLY COME TO PASS
most of the people lack principles. The question is what makes u support a particular party of presidential candidate? Is it because of being popular or what he says he will do to develop the country and reduce poverty and also increase employment while stabilising the prices and currency. Is it what they propagate on health, education, agriculture, mining and manufacturing? I believe in our debates we should try and argue in those lines. we should also respect other peoples democratic rights to belong to any political party of their choice. we have no right to condemn them.
TONGAS WHAT IS WRONG FOR SOMEONE TO BE TONGA PLSE NO TONGA ISSUES ITS CHIZYUKA TO BE TALKED ABOUT
Actually LT shld be sensoring the Words: TRIBAL, BEMBA, TONGA, LOZI, NGONI etc. in that way they shall contribute towards promoting unity.
Very good idea. I hope LT will come to our aid soon.Im tired of reading Tribal, bemba, tonga lozi. etc.
Iwe Chi Major,oh sorry ka major ,umukaka uwabola naupwa nangu shani .Listen we have mad e a decision ,and one Copper belt spaeks no one stands in the way .Do you remember where the hour slogan began. This time ,Pa bwato.
these people who have nothing to say apart from attacking other zambians on account of tribe are actually exhibiting some form of insanity. its a sickness to be uncomfortable with some’s tribe or language. what you should know that fight for multiparty politics was began by two tonga’s. JOSHUA LUMINA and BEN MWIINGA. These stood against fiece Kaunda and attacked him both parliament and outside. These were the first MPs in UNIP filled parliament before 1991. and also see how UNIP and ANC were formed u will realise that the Tonga’s worked hard for the process. Lets NOT hurt them but allow them belong to any political party of their choice. Lets debate on policies and manifestos as well as the credibility of the candidates NOT tribe.
Major Chizyuka may be right but the situation on the ground country-wide may be telling a different story. Personally I have never liked Sata for a number of reasons but for the sake of change he should be elected to Plot 1 lest RB and MMD continue to take Zambians for granted. May be some of the vices will be stopped. However, Zambians should be warned in advance that Sata is another hardcore tribalist.
The best thing KK and many other elder statesmen did for Zambia was to harmonise the nation into ONE ZAMBIA, ONE NATION. In just a few years down the line, the majority of Zambians have forgotten about our hard fought PEACE and UNITY that has earned Zambia many accolades home and abroad. From what I read on this blog, we seem to have drifted far away from this norm. How could we be talking about tribes 40+ years after independence? What is wrong with us Zambians. When everyone else is moving forward, we are moving backwards. My humble appeal to all PEACE loving Zambians is LET US EMBRACE ONE ANOTHER regardless of colour, race, religion, social status or whatever.
ROBBIE IS REALLY GETTING SCARED NOW IN TRYING TO GET PEOPLE TO NOT VOTE FOR H.H OR SATA….HE IS WORRIED THAT HE WILL NOT GET MANY VOTES ON THE MMD TICKET THIS YEAR AND IS RATTLING HIS SABRE TO GET SOME ATTENTION FROM MMD FUNDERS.
MAJOR FAILURE EX UPND GET READY TO GIVE UP THE MONEY COW IN YOUR SEAT OF NAMWALA…..IT WILL NEVER BE A MMD SEAT.
Douchi Kubeba, you never make a comment without being tribal. Attack Chizyuka, not the Tongas. You are being childish as your baseless attacks on a tribe is visible and clear.. Stop it, your tribe is no superio to any other tribe in this country. Take this as the last warning!!!!!!!!
KK managed harmonise the tribal differencies in this country with the ‘One Zambia, One Nation slogan. But we brought in a N’gwangwazi as president in 1991. The boy understood nothing and to him, everything to do with KK was rubish. Little did he know that unit was very important in this country. That why we should never again allow grade fives in state house, they lack foresight. Their understanding of issues is limited at a certain point.
Ba Major the continuity of inflow of funds into your pocket is what is making you start saying this…We know you had some conversation with people from State house…..be careful when the same Sata wins you will come claim they approached you hence you statement….we know all about you
Chizyuka is bad mouthed and cant speak for the people of Zambia. All of us who understand issues love HH, who we feel is our hope. New blood is what can drive our economy, not the failed politicians. Things are hapening, HH is on the move, Watch the space!!!!!!!!!
With due respect to our elders, Sata, RB, Sondashi, VJ, William and the rest, please stop holding on to power, we the young have come of age and can drive this country to higher levels. You did your part, allow us to do ours. We shall respect your wisdom and will always consult you. We love you and will always take care of you. You all need to be home, playing with our children, your grand children. Please give us chance!!!!!
Dear youths, we have a chance of putting our economy in order by voting wisely. Forget about the failed politicians and put in new blood. The old did their part, they cant bite any more. Dont be resistant to change. The world has become digital and we still want to cling on to the analog guys. When your time is up, there is no reverse gear. I think HH can put this country on the right track. By the way am MMD but I voted for Sata in 2006. Lets open our eyes and see which way leads to prosperity and the one to hell. Sorry guys, MMD and PF are the same, there would be no change at all. Shifting a croc from luapula river to kafue wont change it into a bream. Chizyuka just shut up!!!!!!!
Ya, ba # 39, but Sata is popular.
#40 My brother, looking at things from a differenct perspective, popularity is not the the problem we have in the country. Lets also look at capability experience and qualifications.
Being a Chief Executive of a company, the duties are to ensure that company money is put where it will bring profits and ensure safety of company assets, on which I think HH has an upper hand. The guy is brilliant and a darling of the whole world. Yes, the other people do have their attributes but lets be realistic here. The are old and have been in govt before, we know their deeds. Above all, they are tired and must rest. What we need is someone who can deliver us from this poverty. I dont think popularity should be a qualification here.
Pukutashi my brother, I think you have a point. The man can make it if we all put our efforts together. I think I will give him a vote. He is brilliant.
What are your reasons to vote? Is it to make your candidate win or you are merly choosing?
Well, lets do it like this guys, lets be realistic with issues.
Who is the best candidate to steer this country out of the jaws of poverty? Your reason to vote should be to choose the best. Even if your candidate gets two votes, you will have done your duty of voting for your best. If your candidate loses, it should not hurt you, coz it may be that other people dont see the goodness in your candidate. But if we all become realistic, it would not be difficult to identify who the best is and then vote for him. That way we would get the best leader, not the popular or the most intelligent, but the best.
#43, you are right. Post election violence comes up because people vote to make their candidate win and if he loses, they think of rigging. But if people vote to choose and bear in mind that this is a democracy, all that post election noise would not be there. After all, if you want change, it has to be change for the better and not for the worst. How do you divorce your wife for serving you nshima but forgets to warm hand washing water, only to bring in someone who cant even cook?
Mwe bantu please balekeni ba Shikulu Sata nabo batekeko, bayefwila fye mu state house nabo tukabashike palya apalala mwanawasa.Kale batampa ukulwisha ba shikulu twapapata.
# 45, AM SURE MOST OF PF GUYZ THINK LIKE YOU, BUT MY BROTHER, YOU HAVE TO DO IT FOR THE NATION AT LARGE, NOT FOR SATA OR ANY ONE ELSE.YOU HAVE A WRONG REASON FOR VOTING!!!!!!!!
All Sata haters can keep dreaming, but Sata is definitely winning by a landslide. I can bet all the haters will cry all night and die of depression the day after the elections.
#47 its u who will die, because people will know this man well. especially those 4got the character of this man. You should differentiate between hatred and preferred candidate. to hate is to use emotions. but prefer a candidate is to use logical criteria. In chosing candidates we use track record, calibre, character, vision, economic and social programme, etc. If all is good we chose whether we like him or not. I do NOT hate SATA personally, but i think his time to retire is now because he is too OLD for the Job. when he started Politics he was 26 years…..how many years now? almost 50 years in Politics……lets be serious.
Are there any ex- or current Zambian military servicemen and women on this blog who might know if this Major Chizyuka served at the same time as Reverend Shikapwasha by any chance? The two sound so alike in their thinking. I’m just saying.
our future pf government advises that donchi kubeba, let them get drunk with tujili jili.
It is time for PF.
#48, we dont hate Sata, we are just scared that the man can drop our country from the frying pan into the fire coz his understanding of issues is limited at a certain point. Actually its also your future that is at stake here. The man cant just do the job, I have worked with him before.
The problem with most of PF guys is that who ever doesnt agree with them, he is their enemy. Guys, we are in a democracy and we shall always have divergent views. All we need as youths is to share ideas to help us make good decisions. We just have to realistic with issues. Why would someone get mad when I say Sata’s never went to school? This is a fact. All you should do is say,’ Yes but other attributes favour him in this and that way’, not taking offense. Lets be logical, its our future at stake here. I dont hate the man, its his attitude that scares me.Lets discuss guys. Whats your take?
In 2006, we voted for ba Sata and the general feeling was that we send him to state house for one term and bring in HH in 2011. What has changed guys? Was it deception?
Anyway, the old man has out lived his political usefullness and has reached political menopouse.
If we give him presidence now, definately, he will want another term. Is that a good picture?
Do we see him beyond ten years? Is it agood thing to lose a serving head of state? What did we learn from Levy’s death?
Miss, #17, you are a wise lady. But allow me to open youe eyes here. If Sata is given a chance now, do you think he wont go for another term? Definately he will and he will clear all the would be challengers well in advance. Thats how slleperly the old man is. He is dangerous to our country, he is a dictator. He would clear all the young guys.
BRO CHIZYUKA, YOU’RE IN DREAM LAND……..WHILE YOU’RE RIGHT THAT HH IS GETTING NOWHERE, YOU’RE DELUDING YOURSELF THAT RB IS WINNING…..BA CHIZYUKA, ARE YOU IN ZAMBIA OR ON A DIFFERENT PLANET WHERE YOU HAVE NO ACCESS TO REALITY?……JUST WAIT UNTIL PARLIAMENT IS DISSOLVED. MMD WILL REMAIN A SHELL WHILE UPND WILL BE AT THE GARBAGE HEAP………SATA IS ALREADY ON REHEARSALS FOR HIS PRESIDENTIAL TOURS………IFINTU IFINE FILAILANGA……..BRO CHIZYUKA, DON’T BE SHY JUST COME OUT IN THE OPEN AND JOIN THE CHI BWAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!…….ABALEYA!!!!!!!
