  1. A m’fumu aba namambala maningi nibaziba ine. Kapenango benze banayenda na ku cockpit kunyamula ma hule. Bakonda maningi ba tusikana. No wonder ba dwala. Oro banadya maningi nyama ku maliro inabacita mumala. Pepani a m’fumu i wish you a quick recovery!!!!!

  2. Mbangweta are you sure you are giving him treatment ‘as he deserves’? Or am i missing something? are you really giving him shamboks as deserved?

Stop using the ‘stable condition’ phrase, it has lost meaning…….even Mr Sata is in a ‘stable condition’.

  3. Stable condition for well known people at UTH means closer to the grave.Lets wait and see as we keep on praying for our chief.

  4. Get well soon nkosi. This man is a personal friend. Him and I became friends in 1998 when I was working as brewery manager for national breweries in chipata. I was in my early 20s then. He used to send his kapasos to bring me mumbu(maize) and game meat. He even would let me drive his cars. On many occasions he would invite me to his palace. To me he is a very close friend. When I come to zambia next year for a visit he is one of the very few people I plan on visiting.

  5. This UTH hospital is a disappointment, what medical attention are you talking about? my mother was at the same VIP section yesterday only to be told that DR LAMBERT will see you soon, the “SOON” turned into hours and forever and then never. So that VIP is only for people like mpenzeni to receive the so called medical attention? the rest Kulibe?Anyways i wish the Chief a quick exit out of that malfunctional VIP or he might end up dying from your pathetic conditions.

  6. Reminds me of when amfumu expelled RTSA and police traffic officers from eastern province after one of his taxis was impounded for a traffic offence. He is a naughty amfumu as described above, and he sure knows what he is suffering from.Nkosi ya ma nkosi my foot.Only Jesus ascribes to this title mwe bena chipata ubufontini.

  7. VJ Rigger, learn to respect elders.where ever you come from if there no elders respect Nkosi ya ma Nkosi.i guess you are pf.

  8. You small chaps, Mpezeni is a paramount chief and deserves respect. I hope UTH is doing a good job so that he recovers

  9. Life is in the hands of GOD. He cares and take care of all of us. Pray and call upon the living God through Jesus Christ. All things are possible.
    Quick recovery Nkosi

  10. Why not fly the Nkosi to morningside clinic in RSA. Do you want him to die in UTH and then start showering him with praise when he’s gone? You want to be gaining political mileage from well-known people dying.ACT NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!!!!

  11. A nkhosi, one of the most respected Chiefs….. why dd Sata leave your bedside in just 15minutes? ddn’t you have anything to chart over?

  12. WHY CAN`T YOU CALL A SPADE A SPADE A MFUMU LIKES TOO MUCH SKIRTS. HOPE HE HAS NOW CHANGED. COZ ITS NOT GOOD AS A CHIEF. REMEMBER HE IS THE ONLY CHIEF WHO IS PROUD TO BE IN NIGHT CLUBS FOR FUNCTIONS. REMEMBER AGAIN TO CALL A SPADE A SPADE. HOWEVER HE IS VERY KIND GOOD TO HIS PEOPLE. I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING A SITUATION WHERE CHIEFS DO ENDORSE CANDIDATES FOR THEIR POLITICAL INTERESTS.

  13. They say that if you want to look smart hang around dull people, if you want to look tall, hang around short people, is you want to look pretty, hang around ugly people….. SataN wanted to look well, so even if he is sickly and frail, he looked healthy and strong by the Nkosis bedside. The serpent is ugly inside-out

  14. Your condition is guaranteed to be stable once you are admitted at the UTH, the public relations manager can confirm this.

  15. YES, HH collapsed at 12:00pm whilst exercising at his home. However, this is unconfirmed news.Let us wait for more info. Very sad indeed..!!!

  16. All of you witches wishing HH ill health go to hell, atase! Sata is sick and tired. Its normal in old age.We have been telling you all along that change the president. Chipimo would be better for PF, I can vote for him.

  17. Inkosi ya ma nkosi Mpezeni IV, he is the most exciting King. He mingles with everyone;Rich, poor, powerful, weak, madoda ya Nkosi na manina ya Nkosi. You can even share a drink with him. He is not like some cosmetic Kings in the West who close themselves down, only to be seen once a year towards the end of the rainy season. Its easy to have a one on one talk with Nthuto Mpezeni,Great Son of Nsingo(who fought the stupid British with courage). The British had to capture Nsingo & tie him to a tree, shot him and colonise Fort Jameson.

  18. Please lets not insult he chief. He is very inoccent. According to tradition he illness was not suppose to made public. You all know how the serpent is. He went with the post deliberately just to embarass the chief. Tizawoa he thinks he is winning this year.

  19. Cobra not too excited about the impact of the photo, infact he sensed it would be negative as it has turned out to be. The picture was planned to be ‘front page’ but when the instigators got wind it had leaked, they decided to hide it in the inside pages…….hoping it had some residue magic.

  20. But whats the motive of advertising a visit to a sick patient (yes sick patient)? Why take camera men? Why not just sneak in and out privately? Koma. Natushamfumu twine!

  21. Mpenzeni is a caring chief, than ka chief Mukuni who is a cadre. Getwell Nkosi, i will personally pray for you.
