The New Generation Party (NGP) has not welcomed the adoption of patriotic front rebel members of parliament by the ruling MMD to contest four seats in Lusaka.
Speaking during a briefing at the party secretariat in Lusaka today, NGP president Humphrey Siulapwa called on MMD Kabwata parliamentary candidate Peter Machungwa to retire from active politics.
Mr. Siulapwa said Dr. Machungwa has been serving as parliamentarian for a long time now and that it is time to leave politics for the young people.
He says his party will not campaign for the four PF rebel members of parliament adding that they have to step aside.
Mr. Siulapwa adds that it is prudent for the four PF rebel MPs adopted to contest Lusaka seats on the MMD ticket to retire as his party will not support any of them.

In this country the so called youth parties a hugely divided ngp is alined to mmd and Mumba’s alined to pf for lining up their pockets only against the biting poverty. These parties a never seen, felt or heard in the rural part of zambia they a only sited in Lusaka. Hence unzasu chased him from campus he would speak about voting 4mmd there.
Who pays this guy to propagate such nonsense? Siulapwa show us your list of the adopted candidates for your party. Do not talk about other people’s patrties. Give us your manifesto or what is your vision about this country not ifyo ulelanda siulapwa, just nosense. Surely even the journalist who covers this guy must be useless.

Ya Siulapwa – you wanted to be adopted on an MMD ticket but failed. You run away from a skirt (Slyvia) in Chongwe after making alot of noise about how you can win Chongwe for the MMD. Now that MMD has chosen its team, choose your own – after all you are also a party president and have a party. So don’t support MMD but support your own candidates … if you have any.

those who have done economics and development analysis studies help me why there is great diference betwwen unip and mmd. unip in 27 years build roads and railway tazara and schools and schools in all towns and district i and university and colleges and trained many policemen and soliders,doctors agriculture officers. But mmd in 20 years has done so little physciall only in improvement in transport sectors. infact some great industries is in their reign where closed.
