Injury K’Os Felix Katongo

Green Buffaloes striker Felix Katongo is out of action due to injury.

The Buffaloes guest player missed Saturdays 0-0 home draw against Power Dynamos in a Faz Super Division Week 22 game played at Woodlands Stadium.

“Felix Katongo got injured last weekend when we played Red Arrows,” Buffaloes coach Justin Chinama said.

“He got a knock on the ankle that’s why he wasn’t with us today (Saturday). He was out for one week and medical staff will advise tomorrow if he can return to action.”

In that match against Arrows, Buffaloes lost 2-1 at Nkoloma Stadium.

Katongo is a guest player at Buffaloes after terminating his contract with Libyan club Al Ittihad at the height of the armed conflict in that country in February.
