SYLVESTER MWILA IS 2011 MR ZAMBIA

Share

This week was the 2011 Mr Zambia competition . It was held at Taj Pamodzi Motel in Lusaka.  About 90 men were flexing their muscles for the top prize.  In the end the reigning MR Zambia , Sylvester Mwila , regained his title. It takes a lot of hard work and discipline to develop a super hero-like body. All the participants should be commended .

Here are some pictures from the event

  1. Please get proper qualifications and actual jobs, these sights are disgusting and disturbing. Encouraging homosexuality and the use of steroids.

  2. the top contest in bodybuilding is the Mr. Olympia, if you win first place (which Jay Cutler has the past two years) you earn $120,000 in 2005, around $300,000 in 2006, and $500,000 in 2007. it is even more now.

    • Zimbalungu, you know your stuff about body building. Ronnie Coleman, a police officer had actually won it 8 times for 8 consecutive years before Jeff Cutler. Your are right, there is very good money in this sport if only it can be given attention as soccer. And not everyone is on steroids. I have seen the heaviest human being clocking 1200 pounds (545.45kg) from mexico and there ain’t on steroids. Lets learn to support extra curricular activities whether we agree with it or not. These muzlemen are just human who equally love their sport.

    • Zimbalungu, you know your stuff about body building. Ronnie Coleman, a police officer had actually won it 8 times for 8 consecutive years before Jeff Cutler and before Coleman, there was Dorian Yates, a brit. Your are right, there is very good money in this sport if only it can be given attention. And the truth part of it is that not everyone is on steroids. I have seen the heaviest human being clocking 1200 pounds (545.45kg) from mexico, a liger (tiger/lion) that outweights a male tiger and lion by 500 pounds. Lets sometimes accept nature the way it’s. This kids have busted their butts to get into the shapes we have seen. Kuddos to the winner.

  3. #10 Zimbalungu, how about Mr Universe. I thought Arnold Swazenegar was in body building. May be weight lifting, I am not so sure anyway.

  4. fellow Zambians and sports funs (I Guess), what do we understand by the term sport???? “CHARACTER ASSASSIN 00” seriously is that in action to comment on sportsmen in such a sense or you where just tryna get a laugh out of it… Body building like football or soccer as a sport is mainly highlighted as an action attraction to entertain chaps obviously not in your league of sport enjoyment for example chaps like myself who appreciate sports for what they are and what they represent.. as a sincere plea, never disrespect a sport just coz of you not having an interest in it.. if you tune to a channel unpleasing to your tastes, kindly flip the channels and watch probably some cartoon network..

  5. Why bother yourself and look like a beast, so ugly. These fukkers have nothing to do. Na tuma underwear. Take that energy elsewhere, may be take a hoe and start digging, its rainy season in Zambia.

    • if u do not like the sport better u start watching a sport like golf or pool coz this is the most demanding sport by far coz it hurts being a bodybuilder and someone with obviously a shapeless body just says such crap

    • You just don’t have what it takes to become a body builder may be u are small and slim.A man in a baby body Stupid!!!!!
