Bride of Christ Ministries has written to the Registrar of Societies demanding that deregistration of the former ruling party MMD.

In his letter to the Registrar of Societies dated 27th December,2011 obtained by QFM, Bride of Christ Ministries Pastor Charles Mubaanga says the MMD has highly violated its mandate, rules, and the rules stipulated by the Registrar of Societies for it to continue existing.

Pastor Mubaanga says the MMD has violated the principle of democratic tenets, which in its formulation document states that it will serve the people of Zambia in a transparent manner.

He says the MMD further robbed the people of Zambia whom they promised to serve with dignity, but ended up robbing them through deceit, craftiness, and plunder of public resources.

Pastor Mubaanga it is for these reasons that the MMD should stop existing.

And Bishop John Mambo has cautioned leaders in the PF government against greediness.

Bishop Mambo says has observed that the previous MMD government had some greedy people who contributed to its downfall.

He tells QFM radio that the current government leaders should use their positions to ensure that poverty levels in the country are addressed.

Bishop Mambo says individual participation in the reduction of poverty will greatly impact on the country’s development.

He says political leaders have the capacity and influence to change the lifestyle of the under-privileged in society.

  1. This is not right am staunch PF but I cannot support this at all cost. The same Pastors were frequenting State House n today they to deregister the party shame on you guys

  2. Your views are respected mr Mubaanga even if you come from Congo. The current govt is dealing more seriously than your emotional sentments suggest. Unlike in Congo where you come from Zambia has afunctioning judicial system that is currently and will deal with issues you allude to. Take time and follow what is happening in the country it will serve you headache to write about issues already in courts and correction being implemented. Just preach the gospel faithfully and cease using the church for issues outside the mandate of your church.

  3. Thank you Pastor but we need opposition and the least we want is another chain of Pastors lining up to kiss as s!

We saw this with Ala Bee and that was his down fall. All those fake Pastors who were singing praises about the frog have gone into hiding.

We dont want that thank you very much. On your bike Pastor.

  4. Pentecostal Pastors never cease to amuse me. Just shut pastor and work hard to get legal status in Zambia. Why don’t you save your energy and utilise it to convince your President Kabila to be more Democratic. Zambia as a nation, though with many tribes, are united and have confidence in our system. Don’t tell us who should and should not exist as an artificial person in Zambia. Our laws have it covered. Pastor!

  5. Iwe ci baster can you keep your mouth closed. yesterday you were praising mmd and today you say rubbish. you also bring back the money you were given every time you lined up to state house. Don’t praise the current president who you insulted day and night when he was an opposition president. Your voice adds nothing to the way we view you pastors for food on the plate.

  6. Mr Mubaanga (Pastor) by now you will note that the name of your Lord and work you purport to be associated with is littered and brought to disrepute, all because of your action. You are now not fit for the purpose(pastor) 2 Timothy 2:15 You have fallen short of the standard. This should grieve your soul.

  7. Malabish ya pastor!!!!!!!! Let me even go to bed now. Hey, fellow blogers it’s 01:30 AM here in the far east. HAPPY 2012 & MANY MORE HAPPY RETURNS TO YOU, & MOTHER ZAMBIA.

    LT KEEP THE FIRE BURNING………!

  8. Go to hell pastor, for the avoidance of doubt I mean that place where you can burn forever and ever, and we don’t ever see you again. Good night folks…

  9. Honestly, I like the display of humour and seriousness of discussion on LT. Yes let us help our brothers and sisters to write well researched journalistic papers if they want to positively contribute to our beloved country. I have personally stopped reading and responding on ZWD. All critical analysis of their postings have not been posted on their site. Worse than the people they condemn. “If you live in a glass house don’t through stones……”
WISHING A HAPPY AND PROPEROUS NEW 2012 TO ALL LT CONTRIBUTORS AND READERS. Let us all work hard for Mother Zambia. We only have one country to call HOME. Wherever we may be is not home. I personally know this very well….

  10. The only issue here is that a Man…. Sorry…. A human being claiming to be a Man of God (Pastor) has condemned his fellow man before the eyes of God?!! How and why did he miss that? No one has put substantive evidence of anything this “now pastor” alludes to, condemn MMD to non existence with the exception of Liato. Therefore a Man protruded to be of God, should resist any unthouththrough comments such as these.

  11. Zambian are always mocked by foreigners they have invited ti share a meal with. That’s why foreigners would walk away with plates from the same dinner you have willingly  invited them.
Zaireans (Chiluba )are pain so as Malawians ( Banda)

  12. Bride of Christ Ministries Pastor Charles Mubaanga should just present his begging bowl to President Sata who will direct Dr. Mahtani’s Finance Bank to donate money to this fake religious group. I guess Pastor Charles Mubaanga could be a mere Grade 9 drop-out who found solace under the cover of Priesthood. His appeal to the PF Govt – not Registrar of Society – is a cheap appeasement to such weak intellectuals as HE President Sata. He must realise that about 50% members of his Church are MMD sympanthisers. The Pastor must comprehend his Bible and stay away from politics.
