i love the dance though i dont understand the meaning.she got a good voice
The song is good and Mampi did well on the vocals but this video does not bring out the best of that song. No wonder we are asking what the song is all about because the video can explain the song even for those who don’t understand the language. And Mampi should have worked with a choreographer and involved more dancers on the song. The storyline about those kids doesn’t do justice to the song. This is a happy song if you listen to some words but the storyline contrasts it. Also, Mampi is a good dancer, I wonder why she can only rub her back against the wall or sleep on that man. For me, the video is just average. We need videos that can compete on MTV and MAMA awards. This one is flat! 5 out of 10. Mampi, work harder on the videos like what you do on audio!
iwe what are say kembo make ur we see,u think ma a video is type ur broken english here ati We need videos that can compete on MTV and MAMA awards. This one is flat! 5 out of 10. Mampi,..foolish ask jk hw it cost to make a high quality video
Arm chair critics, just go and sit down(as the naija brothers would say)
just want to understand what language is “mwebailowelela”, and what does it mean?
The song is good, I always like Mampi’s music but video not good at all
A good song which in my opinion has been spoilt by too much autotuning. Her voice doesn’t sound authentic. Makes one think she was on Whisky Cola or Vodka Red Bull the whole night before she went to record the track.
The village scene with the children in the video reminds me of my own experience when I was a teenager. Two girls started fighting over me. After a while, I decided to step in and stop it because the ugly one was winning.
lol ati the ugly one was winning.
I don’t get it, you guys don’t know what Mampi is always talking about bedroom mazuka.
Hopeless video!!!! Next please.
Very poor video, for sure. The video and the words are talking about different things all together. Also, her mouth movements are not matching the words, what a miss of a video!!!!!!!
Sing something that is making sense please !!!
Nice video Mampi
The dance is ok but not the best video we ever seen, i think African musicians in this case zambians should learn from DRC musicians how they produce good videos. consult Koffi, werrason or JB mpiana.
Agreed this video is flat…..cannot complete on the wold stage not even in zambia. Poor video does not bring out the meaning of the song….2 out of 10. Â 20%.:d
Why Mampi such a danceable song all you did was lean back and a lily bit of some dance, and worse still those chongololo’s girls couldn’t dance either.Ok nice vocals as usual, great beat but song vibe and overall video not parallel in meaning with wat you saying in the song, nxt time make a video which will explain to the world about your song for the those who don’t understand what you’re singing and i give you a c+.
UYU MWAICE INYIMBO SHAKWE TELLS A LOT ABOUT THE YOUNG GIRL. SHE’S GOT A LOT OF ISSUES MU LIFE. WHEN YOU LISTEN TO MUTINTA’S MUSIC YOU WILL REALLY NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE IN CHARACTER BETWEEN THE TWO. MUTINTA PLAYS AND SINGS REAL MUSIC. LISTEN TO ‘my state of affairs’, ‘nindani’, etc AND YOU WILL SEE THE REAL WOMAN IN MUTINTA AND THE DIGNITY IN HER. TRY HER-JUST SEARCH HER ON YOUTUBE AND LISTEN TO MUTINTA’S MUSIC. MAMPI’S MUSIC IS RUBBISH.
I think I like the part of the video with the kids. It shows the innocence of kids when the start an interest in the opposite sex and as the song is about how sweet someone is, that innocence makes sense. We all did it…well should I say some of us did it. However, I have to agree that Mampi is a good dancer and she doesnt do herself justice in this video. I watched her during last years trade fair celebration on the CB and I was hooked not just on this song but Mampi herself. The girl can dance and she did indeed look portable…
Apart from the Kabwata cultural village scene, this is another crap from Mapi. Why do our black ladies want to wear Indian long hair? We are forever trying to become white while the whites are not trying to become black.
@Matolokoshi you right thats 1 thing that makes me wonder why?
The video I didnt like the time I watched it, the village scene & those indian out fits rubbish.
2 of 10 for the good picture quality only!!!!
Walks out of the car ‘chewing gum’..that ruined that scene.
I like the song, but the video on the other hand, hmmmm!
The video it not very good Mampi, you can do better, you have all the potential. Don’t imitate those who are lazy, you are such a good dancer. But with this imitations???
