    You don’t need to make any appeals to govt. for extradition of Shansongo to Zambia. Even a grade two with no knowledge of civics knows it the next step after an arrest.
    If govt. was not interested it would have withdrawn the international arrest warrant.

Hopefully this case will NOW MAKE SENSE FOR THOSE AGAINST DUAL NATIONALITY – for if Shanshonga’s legal team are sharp, WILL ARGUE THAT THE COUNTRY THAT SET OUT THIS ARREST WARRANT, CAN’T REALLY EXTRADITE HIM AS THE CRIMES WERE PURPORTEDLY MADE IN THE UK – SO VERY DIFFICULT TO EXTRADITE A FOREIGNER TO YOUR COUNTRY WHEN THE CRIME WASN’T COMMITTED THERE – UK CONSENT WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE TO BE OBTAINED!!!!

If and when one acquires British citizenship if found with a criminal offence or concealed that material fact, the British citizenship is revoked immediately. However, even if non of the above is applicable, Britain is in the forefront to bring to book all individuals who plundered and stole from their countries and British justice system provides for those individuals to be prosecuted. Hence, judgement against late Chiluba with his suits tried in a British court invoving a British national who tailored those suits and shed tears in the dock after judgement. Thief Shansonga will eventually be in Chimbokaila.

32. The reason Henry Banda has not been arrested in RSA is because our police have not filed any charges against him. No one should deprive any citizen the right of movement unless the individual is charged with an offence. Do not waste your breath, just ask your police service to file a credible charge against Henry. As to the Post propaganda against Rupiah, tell Mmembe to report Banda’s crimes to the police and Parliament will lift his immunity. But Mmembe has only continued with propaganda which many dull people continue to swallow up to this day, but will say nothing about the clear case of K14billion.
