Warning for Randy bloggers

Share

Dear Editor,

I wish to inform randy bloggers that they should be careful when they sleep with women otherwise they will be guilty of rape.
The definition of rape has reached new heights. When Tyson was accused of rape with a girl who was in his hotel room I had some reservations. But now according to an article in the Daily Mail an accuser of the WikiLeaks Founder admits of having consensual sex with Assange in August 2010 but woke the following morning to find he was having sex with her again, without using a condom.

I agree with a Mr Galloway who said that this could not be rape, as the pair had already had sex and were ‘already in the sex game’.

He went on: ‘It might be really bad manners not to have tapped her on the shoulder and said, “Do you mind if I do it again?”. ‘It might be really sordid and bad sexual etiquette, but whatever else it is, it is not rape or you bankrupt the term rape of all meaning.’

What do other bloggers say? If this is the new definition of rape then a lot of men will be found guilty of rape. If the issue is having sex without a condom then the woman should have tested for HIV.

Since this has not been brought out in the article I assume the issue is not asking for permission to have a second round.

    •  Good analysis engineer……With sex,Problem is consent. Can consent be withdrawn while in the act? Law says it can. Anything that proceeds after withdrawal of consent is illegal. Problem with media is less details, suppose  woman changed mind after enjoying it with  full consent to fix him.??..This is just political hope ecuador plays smart ,gives diplomatic job

  1. The question was she was not awake for the 2nd round thus not consenting to it.

Men just make sure the bitch is awake before you bang her again and again…She may moan a lot but make sure her eyes are open.

Anybody wanting a good bed partner try Miss Muleya.
She is as wild as a rattle snake in bed.

    Bank girls are like that.

  2. Consensual means both partners are fully awake, alert and in agreement. Even second or third rounds have to be consented to.

    • How about that she was still asleep when Assange started the second round. He should’ve woken her up and asked for permission – serves him right!

  3. All rounds require consent!
What if she only wanted 1 round or only with condom?
It is illegal to have sex with a woman without a condom when she has consented to sex with a condom! Ecuador should give up Assange so that he can explain why he infringed on this woman’s rights.

    • RAPE has NOTHING TO DO WITH OR WITHOUT USE OF A CONDOM – RAPE is the physical act of “puting the thing in when she has said no!!!” Nowhere in its definition is a condom included!!!

  4. This was definitely rape, the girl did not agree to the second round, why bang a sleeping girl anyway? Was he afraid she might refuse?

  5. Iwe Nubian Princess naiwe.By virtue of you sleeping over signals more rounds to come.I am not a cheshire home.If you want one round, leave my home after the round.

  6. Nonsense, the chap was obviously screaming the most with excitement. Now that she is a broke as.s needs someone to pay her bills and make a name. Solola, Sha!! loser.

  7. #11 – VJ wansekesha! As long as you let your partner know upfront so she can make the decision to stay or go. Anyway stay away from the blue pill it has consequences!

  8. She must sleep like corpse!!!! She wakes up and finds someone is already enjoying her! The reproductive organs are among the most sensitive parts of the body. That is why footballers know where to cover during free kicks. So she was not aware that some foreign body was entering. How possible is that?

  9. With the introduction of female condoms on the market why didn’t the woman wear a female condom if she felt strongly against sex without a condom? In this day and age of gender equality why should the onus or responsibility be on a man to wear a condom?

  10. Rape is being misapplied by the courts. If a woman does NOT want to have sex with you you CAN’T have it! You need a weapon to force her to give it to you. All those claiming to have been raped without the use of violence are lying.

  11. @engineer…. Problem is consent. Can consent be withdrawn while in the act? Law says it can. Anything that proceeds after withdrawal of consent is illegal

  12. If this is rape, then I’m sorry to say that I am a prolific offender. Not that I have ever had any complaints though….

  13. What BORING LIVES DO YOU GUYS lead?????? Have you never of a things called “SURPRISE & ROMANCE!!!???” Just try it & observe the pleasure you arouse!!!!
BUT may be if you accept the logic being peddled against Assange, I suggest you have a MULTI-PAGED CONSENT DOCKET by your bed-side for all the “Rounds” you might anticipate!! I GUESS THAT WILL TOP “THE MOST ROMANTIC GESTURES LIST!”
    Good-shaft sinking guys!!!

  14. 3/4 of the time, WOMEN CAN’T MAKE UP THEIR MINDS ON MOST THINGS!! Are you surprised SEX is no exception??? But would I say this in the face of my other half?? OF COURSE NOT, coz we all know the reaction it will draw!

  15. I can’t believe all the comments on here. First, @18, all that is needed is threat of force; if you are threatening someone with force, then it’s rape, even if you don’t actually use violence. Second, rape is sex without consent or with forced consent; if he started having sex with her without her knowledge and consent, it’s rape. She may have been passed out from alcohol or drugs, or have been a very deep sleeper (perhaps a sleep disorder?), and did not wake right away when he began penetrating her. It was his duty to make sure she was conscious and agreed to have sex before starting.

  16. In long-term relationships, there’s more flexibility, but if it’s the first time for you to do that (have sex while one is asleep, or have sex without a condom), then there needs to be permission first. I’d say with a condom, even if you’ve had sex before without one, you need to get permission first for each sex act unless you don’t use them at all in the relationship. Having unprotected sex is something you need to clear with your partner first, because of the risk of sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy, no matter how much you trust each other. @15, female condoms are not as widely available especially in other countries, they’re more expensive, and they’re not as accepted. I think they’re great, but they’re not the norm.

  17. The main issue is that Assange didn’t get consent first, and unless you know your partner well & have agreed in advance that she’s okay with unprotected sex when asleep, you need to wake that person up. At least for your own sake wake the woman up & ask first. It might seem inconvenient to the man, but it’s her body & her choice. The female body is more at risk for certain infections and injuries from frequent sex. @26 so are you saying women put more thought into choosing a course of action? Or are you just using stereotypes pantu you don’t think very much before blogging? @14 women’s bodies are different, if you kick us in the groin, we don’t keel over in pain. The politics of Wikileaks are definitely a large part of this but that doesn’t mean rape didn’t happen

  18. @AnAppealToCommonSense. I think naikosa iyi! Maybe we need to come up with a document which needs to be signed by all interested and affected parties to cover all eventualities such as –
    1. How many rounds per session/day or week, and the style. 2. Touching of bonita, bokosi and “other things” before intercourse, 3. Kissing. If any clause under 1 is abrogated, then it is rape. Abrogating 2 and 3 will be sexual assault. Maybe our dear ladies here can help us understand; when you agree to come and sleep in my bedroom and on my bed, should I assume that I’ll be entitled to the full package of the goods?

    • Panda, your question actually seems incomplete, i think it should go as follows:
“when you agree to come and sleep in my bedroom and on my bed, & NAKED!!! Should I assume that I’ll be entitled to the full package of the goods?

  19. WHAT WAS SHE STILL DOING DOING IN THE MANS BED AFTER THE LEGALIZED ROUND ?
SHOULD BE KEPT WEEK FOR MORE ROUNDS.

  20. For the benefit of some bloggers, the version I have heard is that Mr Assange, when he was in Sweden at the time of the accusations, was interviewed by the police who found him with no case to answer and allowed him to go. He was in London when he released more United States Government documents on his Wikileaks website when the Swedes suddenly had a new prosecutor who started extradition proceedings. The Swedes could have easily come to London to interview Mr Assange. He has therefore a valid point in assuming that USG is behind this and are secretly planning to prosecute him as a spy, or even as a terrorist. Governments all over the world including Ecuador use the Law to persecute their political opponents. This is therefore no rape but political persecution. I rest my case.

  21. Ifwe kale twa amba rape in this case. Sometimes nga wabendelela and just jab while she is sleeping she feels good that you are so spontaneous. But if she gives the wrong reaction I will simply ask her to pack her belongings and leave. Assange is a political refugee. Don’t forget that ever. He is wanted for “crimes against states”. They will do anything in their power to have him arrested and then deported to America. Don’t believe these b**ches. They kill.

  22. I’ve read some good stuff here. Definitely price bookmarking for revisiting. I surprise how much effort you place to make any such magnificent informative site.
